Settling down

At ISN, every classroom becomes a small universe filled with curiosity, challenges, and discovery. As the Grade 5 and 6 students settle into their learning, school offers a constant stream of engaging lessons. Here they are, working hard on their math questions!
Some of the most memorable lessons don’t come from textbooks at all. They come from learning how to collaborate on group projects, how to bounce back from a disappointing grade, or how to present confidently in front of the class. School nurtures resilience, empathy, and critical thinking — skills that quietly shape who we become. Out on the field during PE lessons, students develop teamwork and learn to overcome obstacles together.
Perhaps the most powerful part of school, however, is the friendships students build along the way. From helping to serve lunch to working through assignments side by side, they discover what it means to support one another and grow together.
