It also helps them choose the best solutions on their own. This week, we started to explore our new Unit of Inquiry. The central idea is \u201cTeamwork is essential to achieving common goals\u201d. We have three lines of inquiry such as:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u5b50\u3069\u3082\u305f\u3061\u306b\u885d\u7a81\u306b\u3064\u3044\u3066\u6559\u3048\u308b\u3053\u3068\u306f\u3001\u554f\u984c\u3092\u767a\u898b\u3059\u308b\u3053\u3068\u306b\u5f79\u7acb\u3061\u3001\u307e\u305f\u5b50\u3069\u3082\u305f\u3061\u304c\u81ea\u5206\u9054\u3067\u30d9\u30b9\u30c8\u306a\u89e3\u6c7a\u65b9\u6cd5\u3092\u9078\u3076\u52a9\u3051\u306b\u3082\u306a\u308a\u307e\u3059\u3002\u4eca\u9031\u306f\u3001\u65b0\u3057\u3044\u63a2\u7a76\u304c\u59cb\u307e\u308a\u307e\u3057\u305f\u3002\u4e2d\u5fc3\u3068\u306a\u308b\u8003\u3048\u306f\u3001\u300c\u5171\u901a\u306e\u76ee\u6a19\u3092\u9054\u6210\u3059\u308b\u305f\u3081\u306b\u306f\u30c1\u30fc\u30e0\u30ef\u30fc\u30af\u304c\u4e0d\u53ef\u6b20\u3067\u3042\u308b\u300d\u3067\u3001\u6b21\u306e3\u3064\u306e\u63a2\u7a76\u30c6\u30fc\u30de\u3092\u63b2\u3052\u3066\u3044\u307e\u3059\uff1a<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">LOI1: Causes of conflicts (Causation)\u3000\u885d\u7a81\u30fb\u5bfe\u7acb\u306e\u539f\u56e0 (\u539f\u56e0)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">LOI2: Managing conflicts and problem solving (Perspective)\u3000\u845b\u85e4\u30fb\u5bfe\u7acb\u306e\u89e3\u6c7a (\u8996\u70b9)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">LOI3: Ways of achieving common goals (Responsibility)\u3000\u5171\u901a\u306e\u76ee\u6a19\u3092\u9054\u6210\u3059\u308b\u65b9\u6cd5\uff08\u8cac\u4efb\uff09<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In our IB Time, we did some activities related to our UOI. We had a big paper of coloring activity, so students who wanted to do it could share it in one paper. The purpose of this activity is to see if students will be able to share and take turns nicely or will there be a conflict or argument among them. They had a small conflict while doing the activity and we discussed what happened, what caused the problem, and how to solve it. It is a visual tool that helps kids measure how they are doing emotionally and what steps they can take to shift their mood when \u200bthings are getting tough. We let all of them do this during IB time, so that they can learn how to manage their feelings or learn ways how to calm down or shift their feelings through choosing among the suggested activities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u30d5\u30a3\u30fc\u30ea\u30f3\u30b0\u30fb\u30b5\u30fc\u30e2\u30e1\u30fc\u30bf\u30fc\u3068\u3044\u3046\u30a2\u30af\u30c6\u30a3\u30d3\u30c6\u30a3\u306f\u3001\u7d75\u306e\u5b50\u3069\u3082\u9054\u304c\u3069\u3093\u306a\u611f\u60c5\u306a\u306e\u304b\u3092\u6e2c\u5b9a\u3057\u3001\u305d\u3046\u3044\u3063\u305f\u6642\u306b\u306f\u3069\u3093\u306a\u3053\u3068\u3092\u3059\u308c\u3070\u6c17\u5206\u3092\u5909\u3048\u308b\u3053\u3068\u304c\u3067\u304d\u308b\u306e\u304b\u3092\u8996\u899a\u7684\u306b\u5b66\u3079\u308b\u30c4\u30fc\u30eb\u3067\u3059\u3002IB\u30bf\u30a4\u30e0\u306b\u306f\u307f\u3093\u306a\u3053\u308c\u3092\u884c\u3046\u3053\u3068\u3067\u3001\u81ea\u5206\u306e\u6c17\u6301\u3061\u3092\u7ba1\u7406\u3059\u308b\u65b9\u6cd5\u3092\u5b66\u3093\u3060\u308a\u3001\u3044\u304f\u3064\u304b\u306e\u9078\u629e\u80a2\u306e\u4e2d\u304b\u3089\u9078\u3076\u3053\u3068\u3067\u6c17\u6301\u3061\u3092\u843d\u3061\u7740\u304b\u305b\u305f\u308a\u3001\u30b7\u30d5\u30c8\u3055\u305b\u305f\u308a\u3059\u308b\u65b9\u6cd5\u3092\u5b66\u3076\u3053\u3068\u304c\u3067\u304d\u307e\u3059\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery has-nested-images columns-default is-cropped wp-block-gallery-3 is-layout-flex wp-block-gallery-is-layout-flex\">\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" data-id=\"212181\" src=\"https:\/\/isnedu.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/10\/20230710_090549-1024x576.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-212181\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Another activity was sorting Kind and Unkind pictures that show various situations. We were able to identify what actions make people happy and we will try to practice everyday (kind) and which actions cause conflict or argument and we will try to avoid doing. After the discussion about it, I am so happy to see how Milky Way students changed their actions among their friends. Now I could hear more nice words from them like \u201cGood job, I love you, I like you, I can help you, Let\u2019s play together..\u201d Seeing them hugging their friends is very sweet! If we are kind, no conflict will arise. We divided the class into two groups to do the task. One group was able to do it successfully but the other group didn\u2019t. Another chance to talk about the conflict happened while doing the game.
