Many shared their experiences and reflected on how they handle anger. To help us learn ways to manage our feelings, we practiced the <strong>Rainbow Breathing Exercise<\/strong> together. Everyone was very excited to choose the characters they wanted to play. After the casting, we began practicing saying their stage lines.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p
