Hello Everyone!

This 4 days school week kids got busy with doing the individual assessment interview as we wrapped up our UOI 2 (Unit of Inquiry 2). The interview was done to check how well the kids understood the unit, we also check what they’ve learned and if they like the unit. While doing the interview other kids had to do a WORKSTATION, which is a designated table or space in the classroom where in they have to complete a certain task. Workstations are usually 3 or more activities that kids can try to do and after completion the kids can go to the next table. It can be writing, coloring, cutting, playing with clay etc.

We also got busy preparing for the upcoming SPORTS Day. The kids were hard at work practicing our cheers and our dance exercise, at the same time they practiced tumbling on the mat and walking using their hands while the teachers hold their feet like a wheelbarrow we did this to prepare for the obstacle courses that we will have on the sports day. Everyone did a great job and had fun, they challenged themselves and they tried which is very important for this age to gain confidence in what they can do physically.
