For this project, each group is creating a detailed community map that shows important city services, workers, and landmarks. The purpose of the project is to help students understand how governments organize communities, provide services, and support people\u2019s daily lives. By designing their own maps, students can demonstrate how different roles, places, and systems connect to make a city work smoothly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u4eca\u9031\u3001\u751f\u5f92\u305f\u3061\u306f\u300c\u653f\u5e9c\u3068\u30b3\u30df\u30e5\u30cb\u30c6\u30a3\u300d\u306e\u30e6\u30cb\u30c3\u30c8\u306e<strong>\u6700\u7d42\u30d7\u30ed\u30b8\u30a7\u30af\u30c8<\/strong>\u3092\u30b9\u30bf\u30fc\u30c8\u3057\u307e\u3057\u305f\u3002\u3053\u306e\u30d7\u30ed\u30b8\u30a7\u30af\u30c8\u3067\u306f\u3001\u5404\u30b0\u30eb\u30fc\u30d7\u304c\u5e02\u306e\u91cd\u8981\u306a\u30b5\u30fc\u30d3\u30b9\u3001\u50cd\u304f\u4eba\u3005\u3001\u30e9\u30f3\u30c9\u30de\u30fc\u30af\u3092\u63cf\u3044\u305f<strong>\u30b3\u30df\u30e5\u30cb\u30c6\u30a3\u30de\u30c3\u30d7<\/strong>\u3092\u4f5c\u6210\u3057\u307e\u3059\u3002\u30d7\u30ed\u30b8\u30a7\u30af\u30c8\u306e\u76ee\u7684\u306f\u3001\u653f\u5e9c\u304c\u3069\u306e\u3088\u3046\u306b\u5730\u57df\u3092\u7d44\u7e54\u3057\u3001\u4eba\u3005\u306e\u751f\u6d3b\u3092\u652f\u3048\u3066\u3044\u308b\u306e\u304b\u3092\u7406\u89e3\u3059\u308b\u3053\u3068\u3067\u3059\u3002\u81ea\u5206\u305f\u3061\u306e\u5730\u56f3\u3092\u30c7\u30b6\u30a4\u30f3\u3059\u308b\u3053\u3068\u3067\u3001\u3055\u307e\u3056\u307e\u306a\u5f79\u5272\u3084\u5834\u6240\u3001\u4ed5\u7d44\u307f\u304c\u3069\u306e\u3088\u3046\u306b\u9023\u643a\u3057\u3066\u8857\u3092\u652f\u3048\u3066\u3044\u308b\u306e\u304b\u3092\u8868\u73fe\u3057\u307e\u3059\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Before beginning their maps, the students reflected on their past projects. They discussed what went well, how they managed their time, and what they could do better this time. To start this project, they had a planning hour where each group decided on roles and deadlines for different tasks. Some students are in charge of drawing, others of labeling or writing explanations, while others organize the map layout and design.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u30de\u30c3\u30d7\u4f5c\u308a\u3092\u59cb\u3081\u308b\u524d\u306b\u3001\u751f\u5f92\u305f\u3061\u306f\u3053\u308c\u307e\u3067\u306e\u30d7\u30ed\u30b8\u30a7\u30af\u30c8\u3092\u632f\u308a\u8fd4\u308a\u3001\u3046\u307e\u304f\u3044\u3063\u305f\u70b9\u3084\u6642\u9593\u306e\u4f7f\u3044\u65b9\u3092\u8a71\u3057\u5408\u3044\u307e\u3057\u305f\u3002\u305d\u3057\u3066\u3001\u4eca\u56de\u306e\u30d7\u30ed\u30b8\u30a7\u30af\u30c8\u3067\u306f\u3069\u306e\u3088\u3046\u306b\u6539\u5584\u3067\u304d\u308b\u304b\u3092\u8003\u3048\u307e\u3057\u305f\u3002\u6700\u521d\u306b\u884c\u3063\u305f<strong>\u8a08\u753b\u306e\u6642\u9593<\/strong>\u3067\u306f\u3001\u5404\u30b0\u30eb\u30fc\u30d7\u304c\u305d\u308c\u305e\u308c\u306e\u5f79\u5272\u3092\u6c7a\u3081\u3001\u30bf\u30b9\u30af\u3054\u3068\u306e\u7de0\u3081\u5207\u308a\u3092\u8a2d\u5b9a\u3057\u307e\u3057\u305f\u3002\u63cf\u304f\u62c5\u5f53\u3001\u30e9\u30d9\u30eb\u3084\u8aac\u660e\u6587\u3092\u66f8\u304f\u62c5\u5f53\u3001\u69cb\u6210\u3092\u6574\u3048\u308b\u62c5\u5f53\u306a\u3069\u3001\u5206\u62c5\u3092\u6c7a\u3081\u3066\u5354\u529b\u3057\u3066\u9032\u3081\u3066\u3044\u307e\u3059\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This project also brings together different subjects in a meaningful way. In <strong>Math<\/strong>, students are using rulers and scales to measure distances accurately and to create maps that are proportional. In <strong>Social Studies<\/strong>, they are applying what they learned about local and prefectural government services to decide what to include on their maps. In <strong>English<\/strong>, they are writing short explanations and labels in complete sentences, practicing clarity and accuracy in communication. <strong>Art<\/strong> is also a key part, as students design colorful, organized, and visually clear maps that reflect their creativity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u3053\u306e\u30d7\u30ed\u30b8\u30a7\u30af\u30c8\u3067\u306f\u3001\u3055\u307e\u3056\u307e\u306a\u6559\u79d1\u306e\u5b66\u3073\u3092\u7d44\u307f\u5408\u308f\u305b\u3066\u3044\u307e\u3059\u3002<strong>\u7b97\u6570<\/strong>\u3067\u306f\u3001\u5b9a\u898f\u3068\u7e2e\u5c3a\u3092\u4f7f\u3063\u3066\u6b63\u78ba\u306b\u8ddd\u96e2\u3092\u6e2c\u308a\u3001\u6bd4\u4f8b\u306e\u53d6\u308c\u305f\u5730\u56f3\u3092\u4f5c\u6210\u3057\u307e\u3059\u3002<strong>\u793e\u4f1a\u79d1<\/strong>\u3067\u306f\u3001\u5e02\u3084\u770c\u306e\u653f\u5e9c\u306e\u5f79\u5272\u3084\u5730\u57df\u30b5\u30fc\u30d3\u30b9\u306b\u3064\u3044\u3066\u5b66\u3093\u3060\u5185\u5bb9\u3092\u6d3b\u304b\u3057\u3001\u5730\u56f3\u306b\u4f55\u3092\u542b\u3081\u308b\u304b\u3092\u8003\u3048\u307e\u3059\u3002<strong>\u82f1\u8a9e<\/strong>\u3067\u306f\u3001\u5730\u56f3\u306e\u8aac\u660e\u6587\u3084\u30e9\u30d9\u30eb\u3092\u5b8c\u5168\u306a\u82f1\u6587\u3067\u66f8\u304d\u3001\u660e\u78ba\u3067\u6b63\u78ba\u306a\u8868\u73fe\u3092\u7df4\u7fd2\u3057\u307e\u3059\u3002\u3055\u3089\u306b**\u56f3\u5de5\uff08\u7f8e\u8853\uff09**\u3067\u306f\u3001\u8272\u4f7f\u3044\u3084\u30ec\u30a4\u30a2\u30a6\u30c8\u3092\u5de5\u592b\u3057\u306a\u304c\u3089\u3001\u898b\u3084\u3059\u304f\u5275\u9020\u7684\u306a\u5730\u56f3\u3092\u30c7\u30b6\u30a4\u30f3\u3057\u307e\u3059\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Everyone is now working hard with their group to get their maps ready for next week. The classroom is filled with discussion, teamwork, and creativity as students bring together everything they have learned throughout the unit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p
