This week, we had two exciting trips. One of them was a field trip to the meteorological observatory, which was closely connected to our unit on seasons and weather. During the trip, we learned that there are many ways to predict and understand the weather in advance. We also discovered why it is important to know about the weather so that we can prepare ourselves and help keep our community safe. Our guides were very professional and patiently explained everything to the students. Thank you for all your hard work!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The other trip was a bus trip to the Joetsu Aquarium, where we traveled across the prefecture to Niigata. During this trip, we had the opportunity to explore behind the scenes of the aquarium and learn how it is operated and maintained. The staff gave us detailed explanations about feeding the sea animals and how they take care of them every day. We had a wonderful time discovering and observing many different sea creatures. We also enjoyed the dolphin show and shopping for souvenirs. It was a meaningful, fun, and exciting trip for everyone!<\/p>\n\n\n\n
