Hello everyone!
As we prepare for the opening of the ISN Saku Kirihara Campus, we would like to share messages from our current ISN campuses.
Today, we would like to introduce a message from Rie Kuribayashi, the founder of ISN.
.
Dear Parents,

It is a true honor to welcome you to the newly opening ISN Saku Campus.
ISN is not only a place where children learn, but also a place where the adults around them learn with them. Learning at ISN is a shared experience, where we inspire and grow one another.

A Community that Learns Through Inquiry
To create this environment, ISN staff receive year-round training focused on understanding each learner’s interests and goals and on asking inquiry-based “good questions” that nurture curiosity and ownership.

Nurturing Self-Confidence（自己信頼）
We value deeply understanding each child— their strengths, differences, values, and areas needing support. To pursue their dreams, children need both self-understanding and the understanding of those around them.
ISN emphasizes acceptance, consistency with flexibility, and sincere actions as foundations for building strong self-confidence. With these, learners develop a resilient yet gentle mindset—Sanaa Kokoro—that allows them to grow while staying true to themselves.

Partnering with Families
Together with parents, ISN aims to create “the best conditions for growth.”
As professionals in child development, our role is to serve as facilitators— those who make learning and parenting smoother and more meaningful.

Walking Together
ISN is committed to being a trusted partner who supports every learner’s ability to turn their dreams into reality.
We look forward to the new journey we begin together at Saku.

Warm regards,
Rie Kuribayashi
