ISNは世界をワクワクさせるリーダー達を生み出しています。

We foster leaders who will inspire the world.

これはISNの生徒達でもあり、ISNチーム一人一人の在り方でもあります。2021年、スタッフと共に、改めて自分たちの強みを分析し、スクールコミュニティーと共にどんな世界を目指していくのか、方針としてまとめる時間を取りました。3年後私たちが立っている場所を見ながら、今出来る事に取り組みます。

The characteristics that ISN strives to instil in its students are:

We provide a safe learning environment, located in rich natural surroundings, where the children can achieve their full potential.

Human Resources Development Policy

・私たちは、visionを共有し、お互いを尊重しポジティブにコミュニケーションをとることが出来る人材を育成します。

・私達は探究心を持ち経験や知識を積み重ね主体的にチャレンジを続ける人材を育成する。

We encourage our staff to share our vision, respect and openly communicate with everyone, as well as have a “can-do attitude” that embraces challenges. We aspire to support those with an inquisitive mindset, who show initiative, and who are always striving for the next challenge.
