“Playing outside promotes curiosity, creativity and critical thinking and focus. Studies have found that children who spent more time in nature exploration had improved learning outcomes. More positive in behavior & mood.” -Danette Glassy, MD, FAAF & Pooja Tandon, MD, FAAF
Our youngsters love to play outside. They enjoy exploring and discovering new things around them. During free play, some of them found small insects and butterflies. They tried to catch them, but since we are learning how to be caring towards animals, they let them go after touching and looking at them closely. It’s good to see our kids enjoying, discovering, and becoming more interested in the things around them.
In our UOI lesson this week, we had our ongoing assessment, where we assessed our students’ further knowledge about how to be caring toward animals. Everybody analyzed the activity well and chose which pictures showed caring for animals.
Our first main event of the school year, the Sports Festival, is coming! Our youngsters are all excited and doing their very best at every practice. Here’s a glimpse of our rehearsal in the gym.
Have a good weekend, everyone!
