Welcome to this week’s Rainbow class blog. We’re excited to share all our fun and learning adventures in our class.
This week, our kindergarteners enjoyed the first day of a fantastic collaborative play with another class! 🤝🎉 Rainbow students were eager to interact with the other class and curious of what they were doing. It was a wonderful opportunity for them to develop social skills, and share ideas. Watching them collaborate and support each other was truly heartwarming.
Shooting Star shared with us their tomatoes in the garden. With wide smiles and eager hands, the children enjoyed harvesting the fresh produce. Each of them brought home some tomatoes and shared it with their families.
Our youngsters had a blast chasing and catching bubbles during outdoor playtime! 🌈 With laughter and excitement in the air, the children practiced their coordination and motor skills as they popped the shimmering bubbles. It was a fun experience that combined fun and physical activity, sparking joy in every student.
This week, Rainbow and Meadow class had their very first walking adventure to the park! 🚶♀️🌳 With eager steps and wide-eyed wonder, they explored the sights and sounds of the great outdoors. From spotting cars passing by, to the bridge where they saw the flowing water, it was a memorable experience filled with discovery and excitement. We’re thrilled to share these special moments where children enjoyed the slide in the park and chasing with friends. Kids were also bothered to see the trains passing by.
This week in our class, we dove into the world of phonics with the letter “C”! 🐱✨ Our little learners enjoyed a variety of activities designed to help them recognize and sound out the letter “C,” from catchy songs and fun games featuring “C” words like cat, car, and cup. It’s been a fantastic journey into phonics, and we’re excited to continue exploring new letters and sounds with our eager students.
We kicked off our exciting lesson on shapes🟠🔵🔺 Our little ones explored various shapes through engaging activities, including, matching games, hopscotch, and reading a book about shapes. They had a blast identifying and interacting with circles, squares, triangles, and more. It’s wonderful to see their enthusiasm and growing understanding of shapes. Stay tuned for more updates as we continue to build on these foundational skills in the weeks ahead!
