This week we sang “Open Shut Them” to learn about opposites, our bodies and making choices. We sorted big and small colorful eggs then decorated our own really big eggs for Spring with bright colors!
今週は「Open Shut Them」の歌をうたって、反対の言葉や体のこと、そして自分で選ぶことについて楽しく学びました。
どちらが大きい？どちらが小さい？と考えながら、色とりどりの大きいたまごと小さいたまごを分けたり、水彩絵を使って自分の大きなたまごを春らしいカラフル色で塗りました。
We looked at ourselves, friends and teachers in the mirror. We asked “How do I look?” and chose our features to make our faces. How many eyes do you have? Let’s count. Are they big or small? Let’s look!
鏡を見ながら、自分やお友だち、先生の顔を観察しました。「自分はどんな顔かな？」と問いかけながら、目や口などのパーツを選んで、自分の顔を作りました。「目はいくつあるかな？いっしょに数えてみよう」「大きいかな？小さいかな？見てみよう！」それぞれ個性的で魅力的な顔が完成しました。
How’s the weather? It it so nice that we played outside a lot in the garden and in Blue Park with our friends in Canyon. We enjoyed seeing the Sakura blossoms on the way to the park!
お天気もとってもよかったので、お庭やブルーパークでたっぷり外遊びを楽しみました♪ キャニオンクラスのお友だちとも一緒に遊んで、行き道ではきれいな桜の花も見られましたよ。

音楽の時間には、ピアノの音に合わせてスキップしたり、音が止まったらピタッと止まったり♪ リズムにのって体をたくさん動かしました！
