After collaborating with their parents, the Savanna students have finally completed their Family Book! This book showcases what each individual family is like and allows readers to gather information and reflect on various aspects, such as favorite places to visit, activities they enjoy together, and the foods they share as a family. Each student proudly shared their information with their friends, comparing their families to others and recognizing both the similarities and differences among them.
ご家庭でもご協力いただき、ついにファミリーブックが完成しました！この本は、自分たちはどのような家族なのかを紹介し、家族みんなが好きな場所、一緒に楽しむアクティビティ、みんなで食べる夕ご飯など、様々な情報を振り返ることができます。子どもたちはそれぞれ、自分の家族と他の家族を比較し、共通点や相違点を認識しながら、自分の家族を誇らしげに友達に披露しました。
The transition from Canyon to Savanna can be challenging for our students, as it involves many adjustments and changes. To help them get accustomed to their new routine while having fun, we have been playing various games that reinforce letter and sound recognition in phonics. This week, we organized an activity where one student shared their favorite letter. We wrote these letters on the board, and then one student had to tap the letter announced by the teacher to earn points. Everyone enjoyed the activity while reviewing their letter recognition skills and associated sounds.
キャニオンからサバンナへの進級は、子ども達にとって大きな変化です。楽しみながら新しい学習へ進んでいけるよう、フォニックスでは文字と音の認識を深める様々なゲームを行っています。今週は、一人ずつ好きな文字を発表するアクティビティをしました。そのアルファベットをボードに書き、違う生徒が先生から発表されたアルファベットをタップしてポイントを獲得します。このアクティビティを楽しみながら、文字の認識スキルと関連する音を復習しました。
The Savanna class’s field trip is just around the corner! To prepare, the students created their nature bags. They practiced their motor skills by cutting paper and making it into patterns they liked, and they also colored the bags to make them unique and beautiful. We all can’t wait for the day when we can use these bags to collect items from the park and bring them back to school for a craft project!
サバンナ・クラスの遠足が目前に迫っています！（詳細は連休明けにオクレンジャーでお知らせします。）その準備のために、ネイチャーバッグを作りました。折り紙を切って好きな模様にしたり、色を塗ったりして、個性的で美しいバッグを作りました。このバッグに花や葉っぱを拾って持ち帰り、工作をする日が待ち遠しいです！
