Hello Wonderful parents and friends,

Welcome to another week of exploring and learning here in Aurora.

After the Golden Week Holiday Our students came back with lots of energy and smiles. They talked stories about their families and the places they went. They were inspired of the experiences they had during the holiday.

こんにちは！
今週もオーロラさんの探求と学びの一週間へようこそ！

ゴールデンウィークが終わり、子どもたちは元気いっぱいの笑顔で戻ってきてくれました。家族の話や、行ったところなど、この連休中に経験したことにたくさんの刺激を受けたようです！

They talked about their moms and described how they look like. Our young learners cheerfully described their moms with smiles saying: My mom has long hair! My mom has short hair! My mom is wearing make up! My mom wears lipsticks. They were so adorable knowing about their mothers Then, we asked them to draw, and gave them to their moms as a “Mother’s Day” present.

連休前には、お母さんについてお話をしました。オーロラさんたちはニコニコの笑顔で、「ママの髪は長いよ！ママは髪が短い！ママはお化粧をしているよ！」と教えてくれました😊そしてお母さんの絵を描き、「母の日」のプレゼントが完成しました✨

Gym Day

After the gym lesson, we planted flowers in front of school. We divided the students into 5 students in one group. They chose the color they like and dug a hole with their hands and gently place the flowers in the ground. They were having fun while working together. They were delighted seeing the colorful and beautiful garden. They had so much fun and it was great outdoor learning activity.

水曜日、園門の前にお花を植えました。自分の好きな色のお花を選び、手で土に穴を掘って、そっとお花を植えました。みんなで協力しながら楽しく作業。色とりどりのきれいな花壇を見て、大喜びのオーロラさんたちでした😊とても楽しい戸外活動になりました🎶

We are Risk-takers

Finally, they can start playing in the play castle! Aurora students were eager to play. We explained to them the rules how to play, how to climb up and go down. They made a queue and started with the first friend who was first in the line. They looked up with mixed of excitement and nervousness. Some students were hesitated at the bottom, unsure if they were brave enough to climb. Their little hands gripped the rope and bars tightly with determination on their faces as they slowly made their way up. As they climbed higher, some students called out to their friends for encouragement. Some smiled proudly once they reached the top, thrilled by their own courage. After climbing, many of them felt proud and happy and even those who were scared at first felt braver by the end of the experience. Well done, Aurora!

オーロラさんになったみんな、いよいよプレイキャッスルで遊ぶことができます✨！プレイキャッスルでの遊ぶ時のお約束、登り方、降り方のルールを説明しました。列を作り、一番最初に並んだお友達からスタート。わくわくとどきどきが入り混じった表情で見上げていました。登れるかなぁと少し不安で、下でためらっている子どもたちもいました。小さな手でロープと棒をしっかりと握り、決意を固めた表情でゆっくりと登っていきました。高いところへ登るにつれ、お友達から「Go!Go! （頑張れ！）」と応援が！一番上に着くと、自分の勇気に感激して誇らしげににっこりのお友達もいました😊登り終えた後には、みんな誇らしさと嬉しさを感じ、最初は怖がっていたお友達も最後には勇気いっぱいの様子でした。よくやったね、オーロラさん！！

They feel they have grown up and can do a lot of things by themselves. They showed to their teachers that they could fold their beds and fold their clothes.Aurora students, you showed to be balanced!

オーロラさんたちは、お兄さんお姉さんになって自分たちでいろいろなことができるようになったことを実感しています✨お昼寝の後、お布団をたたんだり、服をたたんだりできることを先生たちに見せてくれました！
