This month, our theme was “autumn colors” and “Halloween colors,” and we created many artworks using orange.
Since there was no orange crayon, the children mixed red and yellow together and discovered that it made a beautiful orange!
They enjoyed seeing their creations gradually take shape and had lots of fun making them.

今月は「秋の色」「ハロウィーンの色」をテーマに、オレンジ色を使っていろいろな作品を作りました。
クレヨンにオレンジがなかったので、赤と黄色を混ぜて作ってみると…きれいなオレンジ色に！
少しずつ形になっていく楽しさを感じながら、集中して取り組む子どもたちの姿が見られました。

At last, it was the Halloween party we had all been waiting for!
The children were a bit shy at first seeing everyone in costumes, but soon they were all smiles.
Everyone had a wonderful time enjoying the lively, festive atmosphere!

いよいよ待ちに待ったハロウィーンパーティーの日。 いつもと違う格好をしたお友だちや先生を見て、最初は少しドキドキしていた子どもたちも、ゲームが始まるとすぐに笑顔に。 にぎやかな雰囲気の中で、お祭り気分をたっぷり楽しんでいました。

The days are getting colder, but the children have been noticing the changes in colors outside.
They stretch up their little arms, trying to reach the yellow leaves they find.
We’re excited to see what kind of wonderful world will unfold next!

日に日に寒さが増してきましたが、子どもたちは外の色の変化にも気づいています。
黄色く色づいた葉っぱを見つけると、「とりたい！」と背伸びして手を伸ばす姿も。
これからどんな世界が広がっていくのか、楽しみですね。
