We had some exciting news for this week! First, we did a play on the story named “The Rainbow Fish”, the story tells about a rainbow fish who were selfish and doesn’t want to share and eventually started to change its mind to share with everybody. Throughout the story, each kid got the role for the story, the teacher narrates the lines, and they act according to the lines. We also asked them to express themselves fully to different occasions such as “How do you feel when your friend did not want to share?”, “How do you feel when someone shared and want to play with you?” and they will act happy, sad, anger, confuse and other feelings on their face. We discovered that our kids are truly amazing! We see all of them showing and presenting their expressions with confidence. Well Done Aurora! We are preparing ourselves for more expressions to the Christmas show!
Next! Our first Halloween craft, the spooky crawling spider. Each kid was able using their imagination to create their very own Halloween spider with simple instructions. Their first make the body of the spider, paste the legs on it and design with their favorite colors. Now the spooky spiders are hanging at the school hallway waiting to hunt some poor souls!
Lastly, Thank you to all the parents who attended the parents-teachers meeting this week, we really appreciate your cooperations and time! Have a nice weekend!
