of education in Japan

Ages 2–15 / 2 weeks to 3 months

For families home on a visit, and for families staying in Japan for work. A few weeks in an English-speaking environment, alongside the nature and culture of Japan.

For Families

Short-term enrollment at ISN

ISN offers short-term enrollment for families living overseas who are temporarily in Japan, whether on a home visit or for a work assignment. Children continue their learning in an international environment, keep up their English, and experience the nature and culture of Japan.

01

Learning that carries on

Children keep learning in English throughout their stay. Instruction is in English, and Japanese-language support can be arranged on request.

02

An international setting

Children join a regular class and follow the ISN standard curriculum, built on inquiry-based learning and the International Baccalaureate.

03

Nature and culture in Japan

Activities in the Shinshu countryside give children experiences they can only have here. Nakano Campus in particular builds its inquiry learning around the natural world.
