Hello everyone!
It’s been a short but exciting week. We had our school emergency drill, the fire and earthquake drill; during the fire drill, no one cried in Rainbow, and we were able to follow what the teacher said, but in our earthquake drill, some of us cried because we were still sleepy at that time and surprised with the loud alarm sound. Ensuring the safety of the children is of the greatest importance; conducting this is to prepare them for potential real-life emergencies like this. And also made our koinobori craft.
短い一週間でしたが、エキサイティングな一週間でした。消防訓練と地震訓練がありました。消防訓練では、レインボーで泣く子もなく、先生の言う通りにできましたが、地震訓練では、まだ眠かったのと、大きな警報音に驚いて泣いてしまう子もいました。子どもたちの安全を確保することは最も重要なことであり、このような実際に起こりうる緊急事態に備えるために実施するのです。また、鯉のぼりの工作も行いました。
Craft
We enjoyed making our koinobori, which is a colorful decoration traditionally flown in Japan to celebrate Children`s Day! We used colored papers; some found it hard to tear off the colored papers with our bare little hands, and some shivered and couldn’t stop.
鯉のぼりは、日本で伝統的に「こどもの日」を祝うために揚げられるカラフルな飾りです！色紙を使うのですが、小さな手で色紙をちぎるのが難しかったり、手先の使いかが難しかった子もいました。
Gym lesson
We started the activity by greeting each other and stretching a little. We were able to pass through the beam by balancing our bodies and jumping into the ring. We had a great time passing the balloon and using the cones to each other. We placed the balloon on top of one participant’s cone. We must then use their cone to pass the balloon to the next person in line. We had two groups for this activity. Emphasize the importance of gentle movements to prevent the balloon from falling off the cone. Lastly, one of our favorites was chasing the tail! Scream voices echoed in the classroom. (laugh)
お互いに挨拶をして、少しストレッチをするところからアクティビティは始まりました。体のバランスをとり、リングに飛び込むことで、フープを通過することができました。風船を渡したり、三角コーンを使ったりして楽しい時間を過ごしました。おともだちの三角コーンの上に風船を置いて、そして、その三角コーンを使って次の人に風船を渡すのです。この活動には2つのグループがありました。風船が三角コーンから落ちないように、優しく動かすことがもっとも大切です。最後に、私たちのお気に入りのひとつであるしっぽとりです！教室ににぎやかな声が響きました（笑）。
Sorting colors
Sorting colors is a wonderful activity; it not only helps them learn about different colors but also enhances their cognitive skills, fine motor skills, and hand-eye coordination. It was fantastic; everybody did it magnificently!
色の並べ替えも楽しいアクティビティでした。さまざまな色について学ぶのに役立つだけでなく、認知能力、巧緻性、手と目の協調性を高めることができます。楽しみながらみんな本当によくてきました。
