メリークリスマス！

ISNのクリスマスショーが無事に終わりました。練習からこの日の本番に至るまで、レインボーの子ども達が得たもの、彼らが私達に与えてくれたものは本当に大きな素敵なクリスマスプレゼントでした。目標や期待感をもって臨んだ練習では、クラスのおともだちと協調してパフォーマンスを作り上げる楽しさや難しさを感じてくれたと思います。そして一人も欠けることなく迎えた本番の舞台では、ご家族に練習の成果を披露することができた事で達成感や充実感を味わえたのではないでしょうか。子ども達は自分の行い（頑張り）が家族や先生達を幸せな気持ちにさせることができたことを知り、自信をつけ誇りを持ってくれたはずです。本当に、本当に素晴らしいサンタクロース達でした。みんな、感動をありがとう！

Merry Christmas!

ISN’s Christmas show ended without a hitch. From practice to the actual performance, what the Rainbow students gained and what they gave us was a truly wonderful Christmas present. I think that in the practice, where they approached the performance with goals and expectations, they felt the fun and difficulty of working together with their classmates to create a performance. And on the actual stage, where not a single member was missing, they were able to show the results of their practice to their families, which I think gave them a sense of accomplishment and fulfillment. Our children must have gained confidence and pride in knowing that their actions (hard work) made their families and teachers happy. They were truly wonderful Santa Clauses. Thank you everyone for the moving performance!

クリスマスショーの翌日、私達は子ども達とクリスマスショーでの出来事や思いについて話し合いました。「楽しかった！」「頑張ったよ」「ママ達が喜んでくれた」などなど、みんなの表情は喜びに溢れていました。歌を口ずさんだり、ダンスを踊る子もいました。素敵な思い出として心に刻まれたようです。

The day after the Christmas show, we talked with the children about what happened and how they felt during the show. “It was fun!” “We did our best!” “My mothers were happy!” Everyone’s faces were filled with joy. Some children even hummed the songs and danced along. It seems that it has become a wonderful memory that has been engraved in their hearts.

年内最大のイベントが終わりました。体調不良をおして頑張ってくれた子もいました。ゆっくり身体を休め、ご家族と過ごす穏やかで幸せなクリスマスホリデーを楽しんで下さい。

The biggest event of the year has come to an end. Some children did their best despite feeling unwell. Please take some time to rest and enjoy a peaceful and happy Christmas holiday with your family.
