A tank full of tadpoles has arrived at our school!
The children are fascinated by the tiny life swimming in the water.
“I want to see!” “Where are they?” They are so curious. The Rainbow Class children are still quite small,
so they peer gently into the tank while being held by teachers or friends.
This tiny tank has become a big place of discovery for the children.
We can’t wait to see how things will change in the days to come!♪

保育園にオタマジャクシの水槽がやってきました！
水の中を泳ぐ小さな命に、子どもたちは興味津々です。 「みてみたい！」、「どこにいるの？」 と、ワクワクしています。
まだ背の低いレインボー組さん。
先生やおともだちに抱っこしてもらいながら、そ〜っと水槽をのぞきこみます。ちいさな水槽の中の世界が、子どもたちにとって大きな発見の場になっています。

The children are gradually learning how to take part in the Music Gym lessons and are enjoying them freely and happily.
They’re also learning to express high and low sounds with their bodies—jumping for high notes and crouching down for low ones, all with big smiles!

Music Gymのレッスンにも少しずつやりかたがわかってきて、のびのび楽しんでいます。音の高さを、ジャンプしたり小さくなったりしながら楽しそうに表現することを学んでいます。

This month, we started playing in the sand.
Before we knew it, water joined in and it turned into exciting mud play!
The way the children play is becoming more and more dynamic.
At first, they began with pretend cooking.
They carefully scooped and mixed sand on little plates, having so much fun.
Soon one of them said “It’s a mud bath!”
And they went barefoot and full of smiles!
They were completely absorbed, feeling the slippery, cool, and squishy mud with their feet.
As they chatted with friends, saying things like “This is fun!”,
it was a joyful time.

今月から始まった砂あそび。
気がつけば、水も加わって泥あそびへと発展！
あそび方もだんだんとダイナミックになってきました。
最初は「おりょうりごっこ」からスタート。
お皿に盛りつけたり、スプーンでまぜまぜしたりして楽しんでいましたが、
そのうち「どろのおふろ～！」と、裸足で入ってニコニコ笑顔♪
ぬるぬる・ひんやり・ふしぎな感触を、足でたしかめながら夢中になってあそんでいました。
「たのしいね！」と、お友だちと会話しながら笑顔いっぱいのひと時となりました。

It was another week full of fun, with lots of hands-on and active play!
