Everyone has their own special names. Each of us look different from one another. Yet we are also the same in some ways. Some of us like the same kinds of foods, toys, colours and we may even have the same dislikes! The best part is that we are connected because we are all ISN Canyon students!

In our next line of inquiry, Canyon compiled information about our favourite foods with a graph. Who likes pizza? Who likes sushi? How many of you like pizza, sushi? Who likes something different? Maths is everywhere. Canyon learned their numbers, counting and observed trends through our UOI inquiry – 4 of us liked sushi. 4 liked burger and fries. It’s the same!

We have been working on our letters of the alphabet, up to the letter H for now. We have been singing the ABC song and tracing the letters to help us with letter names and letter recognition. We match the letters on our alphabet frieze on the wall. We circle the first letters in our names. We have a cool Alphabet Dance too!
