This week, creativity filled the air as our young artists took part in a special Free Drawing activity — with a twist! Instead of using just paper, the children brought in their own cotton items such as T-shirts, tote bags, handkerchiefs, and even shoes to serve as their canvases.
With colorful fabric markers in hand, they let their imaginations shine by drawing their favorite characters, animals, and things they love. From superheroes and princesses to rainbows and dinosaurs, each creation was a unique expression of their personality and interests.
What made this activity even more special was the pride and joy on their faces as they showed off their artwork to friends and teachers. They were so excited to wear or use something they had decorated themselves!
It was a wonderful way to encourage self-expression, confidence, and creativity. We look forward to seeing these little masterpieces around the school and beyond!

🎨 Craft Time Fun: Flowers, Jellyfish, and Fine Motor Skills!
Our classroom was full of color and creativity this week during our exciting Craft Activities! Using simple materials like paper plates, paint, and yarn, the children created beautiful and imaginative works of art while also practicing important fine motor skills.
First, we painted paper plates to make bright and cheerful flowers. The kids enjoyed mixing colors and designing their unique petals — each flower was as special as the child who made it!
Next, we transformed paper plates into playful jellyfish! After painting their jellyfish, the children added yarn tentacles. With small holes punched around the edge of the plates, they carefully threaded the yarn through and tied it — a fun challenge that helped develop their hand strength, coordination, and finger control.
The students were so proud of their finished crafts and couldn’t wait to show them off. It was a joyful learning experience that combined art, imagination, and skill-building in one fun activity.
We love seeing our little creators grow more confident with every project! 🌼🐙

🥢 Puff Ball Challenge: A Race of Fun and Skills!
This week, our classroom was buzzing with excitement during our Puff Ball Chopstick Race! In this action-packed game, the children teamed up to race against time — using chopsticks to transfer colorful puff balls from a paper plate to a paper cup.
It wasn’t just about speed — it was about skill too! Using chopsticks helped the children practice fine motor coordination, hand-eye coordination, and concentration. For many, it was their first time using chopsticks in this way, and they quickly learned how to control their grip and movements with care.
To add to the fun, the game was played in teams, encouraging communication, encouragement, and teamwork. Children cheered for one another, took turns, and celebrated every success, big or small.
It was wonderful to see their determination, focus, and laughter all at once — a perfect blend of learning and play!
Through this simple yet effective game, our young learners developed important physical and social skills while having a fantastic time together. Go, team!

🌞 Summer Program’s Sweet Ending: A Fun Day at Obuse Park!
To celebrate the end of our exciting Summer Program, the Milky Way and Shooting Star classes enjoyed a special outing to Obuse Park! It was the perfect way to wrap up weeks of fun, learning, and creativity.
The children were thrilled to cool off with delicious ice cream — a sweet treat for all their hard work throughout the summer program. Afterward, they had an amazing time playing in the water fountain, splashing, laughing, and enjoying the sunny day with their friends and teachers.
This outing was not only a reward, but also a wonderful chance to make joyful memories together before the summer break starts. We’re proud of how much each child has grown during the program — in confidence, independence, and creativity.
Thank you to all the families for your support! Have a fun summer break!
