After months of watching the rice grow, our students finally experienced the excitement of harvesting the rice they planted earlier this year! It was a special and meaningful day filled with smiles, teamwork, and appreciation for nature’s gifts.

Students worked together to carefully cut the golden stalks, bundle them, and see how the rice grains are separated. They were amazed to see how much the plants had grown and to understand how much effort goes into producing the rice we eat every day.

This hands-on experience helped students reflect on the importance of patience, responsibility, and gratitude. They saw how the farmers’ hard work and care bring food to our tables and learned the value of sustainable living and respect for nature.

We are so proud of our students for their enthusiasm and teamwork throughout this project. From planting to harvesting, they have truly experienced the full journey of rice — a journey of growth, effort, and appreciation!
