This week, our classroom was full of smiles and excitement as students shared their Winter Break presentations. Everyone did a wonderful job speaking in front of the class and telling us about their holidays. We heard many fun stories about family time, trips, and special moments.

We also enjoyed a small Mochitsuki (mochi-making) festival. It was a very special day, made even better by a mother and daughter team who kindly helped serve delicious mochi to everyone. The students loved learning about this traditional Japanese celebration and tasting the fresh mochi together.

It was a lovely way to start the new term — sharing stories, learning about culture, and enjoying time as a community. 🌸
