A CELEBRATION OF GROWTH AND FRIENDSHIP- Rainforest March 2nd-6th

Greetings from the Rainforest class! We are happy to share the wonderful memories, learning moments, and experiences we had together.

The younger classes held a wonderful farewell party for our dearest Rainforest class. They prepared different fun and meaningful learning activities both inside and outside the classroom, making the day truly special for everyone. The children enjoyed playing, learning, and spending time together, and their smiles and laughter filled the school with happiness. We are deeply touched by the thoughtful presents and kind gestures they gave us. Our hearts are full of love and joy, and we feel so grateful for their kindness and support. Thank you so much for making this farewell celebration so memorable. We truly feel loved and appreciated. 💛

We recently concluded our Unit of Inquiry 4, where we explored the concept of growth. Throughout the unit, the students learned about how people change and develop over time, including the things they could not do when they were babies and the many things they can do now as growing children. They reflected on their own experiences and shared their thoughts and learning with their classmates. To celebrate the end of the unit and recognize their learning journey, each student received a reflective certificate. It was a meaningful moment for them to look back on what they have learned and how much they have grown. We are very proud of their efforts, participation, and the wonderful reflections they shared during this unit. 🌱

TENNIS LESSON

In their tennis lesson, the children practiced serving for the first time. First, they struck a cool pose by pointing their non-dominant hand up toward the ceiling, and then they swung their dominant hand up to serve. The coach told them to toss the ball as if they were trying to hit the ceiling, so the Rainforest students did their very best to throw the ball high into the air. Of course, the ball didn’t quite reach the ceiling, but they managed some impressively high tosses! Some children were even able to use their rackets to make a very cool-looking serve. Way to go, Rainforest! 🎾

Thank you for your continued support. We look forward to sharing more of our learning journey with you.

Have a wonderful weekend, everyone!
