Hello Everyone!
As we wrap up the month of June, our classroom has been filled with smiles, laughter, and meaningful learning experiences. It has been wonderful to see our preschoolers growing in confidence as they learn through play, build friendships, and explore the world around them.
Everyone have enjoyed many opportunities to work and play together, practicing kindness, sharing, and cooperation. Through imaginative play, group activities, and classroom routines, they continue to develop strong social skills while creating lasting friendships.
We are also proud of their consistent effort in writing practice. Each day, the children show growing confidence as they develop their fine motor skills and letter formation. Their creativity has shone through in our crafting activities, where they have expressed themselves while strengthening their imagination and problem-solving skills.
As part of our IB learning journey, the children have been asking thoughtful questions, making connections, and learning about the importance of being caring, communicators, and open-minded learners. Our UOI 1 (Unit of Inquiry) ‘Who we are ‘ helped the kids get to know themselves a little better and their friends too. Kids learned that we are all the same and different in some ways and that’s ok. It has been exciting to watch them embrace these learner qualities in their everyday activities.
Our weekly classes continue to be a highlight of the week! The children look forward to gym class, where they build coordination, balance, and teamwork through active play. They have also been enjoying swimming lessons, becoming more confident in the water while developing important water safety skills. Dance and Music class has been another favorites, giving them the chance to move creatively, express themselves, and have fun with music.
