After months of practice, weeks of planning, and days of polishing every detail, Sports Festival 2026 went by in the blink of an eye! From beginning to end, everything went smoothly. There were a few tears, not from sadness, but from happiness and pride as we watched our Rainforest students, now the oldest children in the campus, confidently take the lead in one of our biggest school events.
The Rainforest class opened the event with the Sportsmanship Oath, followed by the theme song and exercise dance. Throughout the program, they continued to shine through their race, games, and special performance.But what made us most proud was not simply how well they performed. The children modeled what they had been learning about sportsmanship—lining up properly, playing fairly, caring for others, having fun, and doing their best. Some children even fell during their performance and games, but what impressed everyone was watching them stand back up and keep going.Their special performance was another unforgettable moment. With every wave of the flag and every powerful stomp, we could see the determination and perseverance behind all those months of gymnastics lessons and practice.
Sports Festival may be over, but their journey is far from finished. There will be more learning, more challenges, and yes, perhaps more times when they fall. What matters is that they continue to grow strong enough to stand back up, move forward, and face whatever challenges come their way.
Our Rainforest children are growing up, and what a joy it is to watch them lead the way. ❤️
みんなをリードしたRainforest ～Sports Festival 2026～
何か月も重ねてきた練習、何週間もかけた準備、そして最後の仕上げの日々。楽しみにしていたSports Festival 2026は、始まってみると本当にあっという間でした！
最初から最後までスムーズに進んだSports Festival。中には涙する姿もありましたが、それは悲しみの涙ではなく、Rainforestの子どもたちの成長を感じたうれしさと感動の涙でした。園で一番大きなお兄さん・お姉さんになった子どもたちが、学校の大きなイベントを堂々とリードする姿を見せてくれました。
Sports Festivalは、Rainforestクラスによるスポーツマンシップ宣誓からスタート！テーマソング、エクササイズダンスでもみんなをリードし、その後もかけっこやゲーム、そしてスペシャルパフォーマンスなど、さまざまな場面で活躍しました。
でも、私たちが一番うれしかったのは、上手にできたことだけではありません。きれいに並ぶこと、ルールを守ってフェアに楽しむこと、お友だちを思いやること、そして最後まであきらめないこと。子どもたちは、これまで学んできたスポーツマンシップを実際の姿で見せてくれました。
かけっこの途中で転んでしまった子もいました。それでも、自分で立ち上がり、もう一度走り出して最後までゴールを目指す姿は、見ている私たちの心にも強く残りました。
スペシャルパフォーマンスも忘れられない時間となりました。旗を大きく振る音、力強く踏み鳴らす足音。その一つひとつから、これまでの体操レッスンや練習で積み重ねてきた努力と、最後までやり抜こうとする子どもたちの気持ちが伝わってきました。
Sports Festivalは終わりましたが、子どもたちの成長の旅はまだまだ続きます。これからもたくさんのことを学び、いろいろなことに挑戦し、ときには転んでしまうこともあるでしょう。
大切なのは、転ばないことではなく、転んでもまた立ち上がり、一歩ずつ前へ進んでいくこと。
どんどん頼もしく成長していくRainforestの子どもたち。これからも、みんながどんな姿を見せてくれるのか楽しみです！❤️
