Hello, everyone!

We had our school’s team building activity last April 13th. Teachers from all the different campuses gathered in Gojo to collaborate and build stronger relationships and a stronger team for this school year.

Teachers were able to share their ideas on what education is and why is it important.

We also learned about Partnership, Encouragement, Active Empathic Listening, and using the GROW model when meeting our colleagues, parents, and students.

They ended the workshop with a reflection on what we have been doing in the past and tried to evaluate our learnings and skills based on what we have just learned.
Building a stronger ISN means building better teachers and better community for the students.
