みなさん、こんにちは。
早いもので今月も最終週を迎えました。クリスマスシーズンは大人も子供も何故かソワソワ、ワクワク・・・そんな特別なひとときです。スクールのビックイベント「クリスマスショー」も間近に迫ってきました。レインボー達にとって初めてのクリスマスショーでは元気いっぱい! 楽しい歌と踊りを披露します。レインボーの小さなサンタ達は大好きな家族にとびきりの笑顔と幸せをプレゼントしようと期待感を持ち、楽しみながら日々練習を重ねています。
Time flies and we’re already in the final week of the month. The Christmas season is a special time when both adults and children feel excited. The school’s big event, the Christmas Show, is approaching. The Rainbows are full of energy in their first Christmas show, performing fun songs and dances. The little Santas at Rainbow are excited to give the brightest smiles and happiness to their beloved families, and they practice every day with great enjoyment.
園庭に出てサンタのソリにみんなで色を塗りました。みんなで色を決めた後、順番に筆を取り、絵具を塗りました。素敵な色のソリが完成しました。サンタさん、乗り物（ソリ）の用意ができましたよ！私達のところにも来てね！
We all went out to the playground and colored Santa’s sleigh. After everyone decided on a color, they took turns picking up a brush and painting. We finished a beautifully colored sleigh. Santa! your ride (sleigh) is ready! Come visit us!
今月のトピックは「ボディーパーツ（身体の部位）」でした。頭、腕、膝、つま先などなど・・・体には多くの部位と名前がある事を知り、英語の表現もあっと言う間に覚えてしまうレインボー達でした。今週、マーリン先生が用意してくれたアクティビティーは、紙で覆われた沢山のカップの中から好きなカップを選び、紙を破って中のカードに書かれた体の部位の名称をクラスの前で発表するものでした。楽しくて、みんな自分の順番が来るのが待ちきれない様子でした（笑）。 また、身体に関連する歌や踊りも楽しみました。
This month’s topic was “Body Parts.” The Rainbows learned that there are many parts and names for the body, such as head, arms, knees, and toes, and they quickly memorized the English names of them. This week, the activity that Ms. Marlyn prepared for our children was for them to choose their favorite cup from a number of cups covered in paper, tear the paper, and show and tell the class the name of a body part drowns on a card inside. It was so much fun; everyone couldn’t wait for their turn (lol). They also enjoyed singing and dancing related to the body parts.

【来週の予定】 外遊び、ジムレッスン、クリスマスショーリハーサル、ミュージックレッスンを予定しています。クリスマスショーのリハーサルは4日（木）に南部体育館で行います。いつのジムレッスンより早い時間にバスで体育館に向かいますので9時前の登園にご協力をお願いします。
[Next week’s schedule] We have outdoor play, gym lessons, Christmas show rehearsals, and music lessons planned. The Christmas show rehearsal will be held on the 4th (Thursday) at Minami Gymnasium. We will be heading to the gymnasium by bus earlier than usual gym lessons, so please arriving at school before 9am.
