寒さがまた一段と厳しくなり、朝は布団から出るのに時間がかかっていませんか？ こんな季節でも元気に子ども遊び達の姿たくましさを感じます。
With the cold growing even harsher it’s getting harder to get out of bed in the morning. isn’t it? Even in such a season, we can feel the children’s strength as we watch them play energetically.
月曜日に誕生日会があり、Rainbowからは3名が前に出て名前を発表しました。恥ずかしそうにしているお友達を見て「頑張れー」と声をかけるお友達の優しさにほっこりしました。そして担任のさゆり先生からマジックのプレゼントがあり、盛り上げ笑い溢れる会になりました。
We had a Birthday celebration on Monday this week. In the Rainbow class, three children came to the front and announced their names. seeing a friend who looked a little shy. The children gently enc them by saying ” You can do it! ” Their kindness truly warmed our hearts. and with a special magic show performed by Ms.Sayuri, the birthday celebration became even more exciting and filled with laugh.
その後の外遊び中、タイヤ登りに苦戦していた子がコツコツ練習し、足をかけタイヤ登りができるようになりました。「努力を重ねれば、できる事はどんどん増えていく」英語も同じですね。
During outside play. 2 children who had been straggling with climbing the tire has been practicing little by little every day. now, they are learning to place their feet carefully and are beginning to climb it on their own, when we keep trying. we find that we can do more and more. It’s same with learning English.
火曜日は校内でミニクリスマスショーを行いました。 当日は見られないお兄さん・お姉さんの劇を見せてもらって年上の友達に憧れる気持ちが芽生えた事と思います。
On Tuesday, we held a mini- Christmas show with all the students, they had the chance to watch a performance by the older children, which they will not be able to see or the actual performance day, and it made them feel like they wanted to be like them someday.
水曜日は準備運動の後、初めて長縄に挑戦しました。長縄ジャンプの上をジャンプしたり、くぐったり、高いところ長い縄をジャンプでタッチ！夢中でジャンプする子ども達でした。
On Wednesday, after our warm-up exercises, we tried long-rope jumping for the first time, the children were completely absorbed as they jumped over the long rope, ducked under it, and even leaped up to touch the rope when it was held high.
木曜日は島立体育館にてクリスマスショーのリハーサルを行いました。入場の練習は広い体育館でしかできません。前の人を抜かさないように歩く事は大人にとっては簡単に思いますが、なかなか難しいのです！ご家庭でも隣で踊るお友達の名前を聞いてみてください(*^^*)
On Thursday, we had our Christmas Show rehearsal at the gym. we can only practice the entrance routine in a spacious gym like this.
金曜日はミュージックの西村先生に歌とダンスを見てもらいました。先週よりもとても上手になっているねと褒められてより自信がついたと思います。
On Friday, Ms.Nisimura. our music teacher, observed the children’s singing and dancing. She practiced them saying they held improved so believe it gave them even more confidence.

子どもたちは、一週間、全力で学んだり遊んだりして過ごし、お昼寝の時間には体を休め、午後のサークルタイムには、クイズやリズミカルなアクティビティを通して、今月のテーマである「衣服」について学びました。
The children spent the week learning and playing at full capacity, resting during nap time, and learning about this month’s topic, “cloths” through quizzes and rhythmic activities during afternoon circle time.

12/15(月)は本番を想定したリハーサルを市民芸術館にて行います。おやつ後の出発になりますがいつもより給食の時間が遅くなりますので、しっかり朝食をとり９時までの登校にご協力ください。
☆A note and a Request☆
On the 15th next week, we will have a rehearsal at the Civic Arts Center, just as we will on the actual performance day. we will leave after having our snack, but lunch will be later than usual. Please make sure each students have a breakfast and arrive at school by 9:00, Thank you for your cooperation.
来週はいよいよ本番です。Rainbowのお友達、全力で楽しもうね♪（当日はオムツの取れている子もオムツ着用で入場してください）
And finally, the big day is just around the corner, Rainbows, Let’s enjoy the performance with all our hearts♪ (Even if your child is potty trained, please wear diapers on the day of the event.)
