Hello Everyone!

We played in different parks this week. We went to the usual big park that we visit, to a small park nearby and lastly to a new park that was a bit far but very spacious, there we enjoyed the wide open spaces, the cool playground with the spiral slide, the challenging jungle gym, the zip line and much more. Everyone had a blast playing the day away.

今週はいろいろな公園で遊びました。いつも行く大きな公園、近くの小さな公園、そして最後に少し遠いけれどとても広い新しい公園に行き、広々とした空間、らせん状の滑り台のあるかっこいい遊び場、チャレンジしがいのあるジャングルジム、ジップラインなどを楽しみました。みんな一日中遊んで大満足でした。

MONTHLY THEME

We ended this months theme which is about colors with a game. We went outside the neighborhood to look for different colors. We saw lots of colorful flowers, trees, cars and more. We had lots of fun exploring the colorful nature around us. We are looking forward to our next topic for this month of May.

今月のテーマは「色」についてで、その締めくくりにゲームをしてました。みんなで近所の外に出て、いろいろな色を探しました。色とりどりの花や木、車などをたくさん見ました。私たちの周りにあるカラフルな自然を探索するのは、とても楽しいものでした。次回の5月のテーマを楽しみにしています。

CRAFT

 In celebration of Children’s Day. We made a colorful fish out of a brown bag. kids picked the colors they like and they all worked hard in making their art.

こどもの日をお祝いして。ブラウンバッグでカラフルな魚を作りました。子どもたちは自分の好きな色を選び、みんな一生懸命作品を作りました。

MUSIC

In our music class we clapped our hands and stomped our feet to a beat. We also played with the colorful scarf and sang a Japanese song “Ohana ga waratta”. Kids like going round and round the room with the colorful scarf with some music.

ミュージック・クラスでは、リズムに合わせて手を叩いたり、足を踏み鳴らしたりしました。また、カラフルなスカーフで遊んだり、日本の歌「お花がわらった」を歌ったりしました。子どもたちは、音楽に合わせてカラフルなスカーフを持って部屋のなかををぐるぐる回るのが好きです。
