The weather has been pleasant this week, and the children have been enjoying playing outside with lots of energy. They are gradually getting used to their daily life at the school, and perhaps because they know they’ll see their parents in the afternoon, they’re adjusting more smoothly in the mornings. Watching them grow in this way brings us great joy.
今週は過ごしやすい気候が続き、子どもたちは元気いっぱいに戸外遊びを楽しんでいます。園での生活にも少しずつ慣れてきて、午後にはお母さんお父さんに会えることを分かっているからか、朝の気持ちの切り替えもスムーズになってきました。その姿に成長を感じ、嬉しく思っています。
During our walks, the children discover many exciting things like finding large butterbur leaves and pretending they are umbrellas. In the courtyard, they enjoy running races with their friends at the sound of “Ready, set, go!” and immerse themselves in imaginative play using water and stones. It’s wonderful to see them so fully engaged in their play.
お散歩では、大きなフキの葉を見つけて、傘のようにして遊んだり、さまざまな発見を楽しんでいます。中庭では、「よーいどん！」とお友だちとかけっこをしたり、水や石を使って、想像をふくらませたごっこ遊びに夢中になったりと、遊びにのびのびと取り組む姿がとても素敵です。
During our Music and Gym lessons, the children enjoy moving freely in a spacious hall. They develop their creativity by expressing themselves through music and movement. We also incorporate fun exercises to strengthen their core muscles, using small items like hoops. It’s always a joyful time, full of smiles!
Music lessonとGym lessonでは、広々としたホールを使って、のびのびと活動しています。音楽に合わせて体を動かしたり、表現したりする中で、子どもたちは感性を育てています。また、フープなどの小物も使いながら、楽しく体幹を鍛える運動も取り入れています。笑顔いっぱいのレッスンタイムです♪
We joined an English storytelling session at our neighboring child-rearing support center, Hublic. After enjoying the world of stories and some dancing, the children had a great time playing with pretend play toys and playground equipment. It was a joyful time full of smiles!
お隣の子育て広場「Hublic」で英語でのストーリーテリングに参加しました。ダンスやお話の世界を楽しんだ後は、おままごとや遊具でもたっぷり遊び、笑顔があふれるひとときとなりました。
During craft time, the children stuck leaves they found outside onto paper and painted around them. They also enjoyed mixing paints wondering, “What color will it become?” These activities help spark their curiosity and encourage their creativity to grow freely.
お絵かきの時間には、お外で見つけた葉っぱを紙に貼って色を塗ったり、絵の具を混ぜて「どんな色になるかな？」と色の変化を楽しんだりしました。子どもたちの自由な発想と興味が広がります。
