As the temperature rises day by day, we can start to feel the signs of summer in the air.
With the warmer weather, water play has become more common in the children’s daily fun!
And when water meets soil… yes, it’s the beginning of mud play!♪
Before we know it, our Rainbow Class friends have transformed into mud chefs!
They carefully scoop mud onto plates and top it with clover flowers and little twigs…
“Cake!” “Ice cream!” they say with big smiles, having the best time.
From dry, sandy textures to sticky, squishy mud,
the Rainbow Class children are fully enjoying the season with their whole bodies and hearts.
気温もぐんぐん上がってきて、いよいよ夏の気配が感じられる季節になってきました。
そんな中、子どもたちの遊びにも「水」が登場することが多くなってきました！
水と土が出会うと…そう、「泥あそび」のはじまりです♪
レインボー組さんたちは、気がつくと どろんこシェフ に大変身！
お皿にそっと泥を盛りつけたり、クローバーの花や小枝をトッピングしたり…
「ケーキ！」「アイス！」と、楽しそうです。
サラサラな砂、べたべたな泥、色んな感触を味わいながら、
全身で季節を楽しんでいるレインボー組さんたちです。
On our walk to the park, we can feel the changing seasons through the plants growing by the roadside and the shapes of the clouds floating in the sky.
“The flowers that were blooming before… they’re gone,”
They notice even the smallest changes in nature, walking with sparkling eyes and a sense of wonder. Along the way, they spot colorful flowers and tiny berries, picking them and carefully placing them in their little walk bags to take home like treasures.
And then, as we pass by the rice fields…
“There’s so much water!” “Something’s moving!”.
When they find frogs swimming in the water, they gather and take a closer look, full of fascination. The Rainbow Class is always discovering new “mysteries” and “surprises” in nature.
公園までの道のりでは、道ばたの植物や空に浮かぶ雲の形から、季節の移り変わりを感じることができます。
「このあいだまで咲いてたお花が、ないね…」
と、ふと立ち止まり、不思議そうな顔を見せるレインボー組さんたち。
子どもたちは自然の小さな変化にもちゃんと気づき、目をキラキラさせながら歩いています。 道中では、色とりどりの花や小さな実を見つけては、そっとお散歩バッグに入れて、大事に持ち帰ります。そして、道の途中に広がる田んぼでは…
「おみずいっぱい！」「なんかうごいてるよ！」と興味津々。
カエルの姿を見つけては、みんなで泳いでいるカエルを覗き込んでいました。
自然の中でたくさんの「気づき」や「ふしぎ」に出会うレインボー組さんたちです。
During craft time, the children are exploring different materials and expanding their ways of expression.
They pat-pat glue onto paper and press on colorful pieces, sticking, layering, and tearing with great focus, using their little fingers.
They had fun creating cute straw bracelets, too! We look forward to using many more fun materials as the children continue to express themselves in creative and joyful ways!
クラフトアートの時間では、いろんな素材にふれて、表現の幅がどんどん広がっています。糊をペタペタぬって、カラフルな色紙をぺたっ！
重ねてみたり、ちぎって貼ってみたり。指先を使って夢中になっています。
また、ストローを使ってかわいいブレスレット作りにもチャレンジ！これからも、いろんな素材を使って楽しく表現していきたいと思います♪
In this way, the children of the Rainbow Class played energetically, ate well, and slept well, enjoying a fun-filled week. We look forward to another lively and joyful week ahead!
