The first week in our nursery classroom was full of new experiences and small struggles. Some children felt shy, cried or found it hard to say goodbye to their parents. As their homeroom teacher, I stayed close to comfort and support them while they adjusted to our daily routines. One of my goals was to help each child introduce themselves. At first, many were quiet and unsure. with gentle encouragement and practice , they slowly became more confident. By the end of the week, few children could say, “My name is …” with a smile. I’m very proud of their effort and courage and I will continue to support them everyday. The children showed great interest in listening to stories while preparing for lunch. During storytelling time, they sat quietly, listened carefully, and enjoyed the stories, showing excitement and curiosity through their reactions.

初週の保育では、子どもたちにとって新しい経験と小さな困難が多く見られました。登園時に保護者の方と離れることに不安を感じ、泣いてしまったり、恥ずかしさから戸惑う様子も見受けられました。担任として、一人ひとりに寄り添い、安心して園生活に慣れていけるよう支援いたしました。また、子どもたちが自己紹介をできるようになることを目標の一つといたしました。初めは声が小さく自信のない様子でしたが、日々の丁寧な声かけと練習を重ねることで、徐々に自信を持って話せるようになってきました。週の終わりには、数名の子どもが笑顔で「My name is …」と言えるようになりました。子どもたちの努力と成長に心から誇りを感じております。今後も引き続き、一人ひとりの成長を支えながら、安心して過ごせる環境づくりに努めてまいります。昼食の準備の時間には、子どもたちは読み聞かせに大変興味を示していました。お話の時間になると、静かに座り、集中して耳を傾ける姿が見られました物語の展開に合わせて、表情や反応から喜びや驚き、好奇心を表現しながら、楽しんでいる様子がうかがえました。

04/10 – The children learned the days of the week through songs and daily routines. They enjoyed practicing together and became more confident. They also had fun with chair dance activity taught and guided by Ms. Richine, who help them follow instructions, move happily and build confidence while playing together.

子どもたちは、歌や日々のルーティンを通して曜日の名前を学びました。みんなで一緒に練習することで、徐々に自信を持って発言できるようになりました。

また、ミス・リシンの指導のもと、チェアダンスの活動にも楽しく参加しました。子どもたちは指示に従いながら、元気に体を動かし、友だちと一緒に活動する中で協調性や自信を育むことができました。

Rainbow Class – during the first week, our 0-2 years old experienced some struggles including separation anxiety and adjusting to a new environment. With the gentle care and support, they began to feel safe and comfortable. They showed joy during music time, moving to rhythms happily, revealing early signs of potential dancers and singers.

入園初週、0歳から2歳の子どもたちは、新しい環境に慣れる中で分離不安などの戸惑いが見られました。しかし、保育者の温かく丁寧な関わりとサポートにより、少しずつ安心感を持ち、落ち着いて過ごせるようになってきました。

音楽の時間には、リズムに合わせて体を動かしながら楽しむ姿が見られ、自然と笑顔があふれていました。将来のダンサーや歌い手を思わせるような、のびのびとした表現も見られ、子どもたちの豊かな可能性の芽生えを感じることができました。

We had good weather this week, allowing the children to enjoy outdoor play. They happily explored the slides, played with sand and had fun playing hide and seek together.

今週は天候にも恵まれ、子どもたちは戸外遊びを十分に楽しむことができました。すべり台で遊んだり、砂遊びに夢中になったりと、それぞれが興味のある遊びに意欲的に取り組む姿が見られました。

また、かくれんぼでは友だちと一緒に楽しみながら関わりを深め、笑顔あふれる時間を過ごすことができました
