Music Lesson!

This week, we officially started rehearsals for the Winter Show. Divided into bell and castanet groups, we played “Santa Claus Is Coming to Town” along with the piano. The bell players handled their bells very carefully while waiting, making sure not to make any noise. The castanet group worked hard to keep rhythm, watching the teacher closely to match the timing! We also learned two new children’s songs: “Takibi” and “Shōjōji no Tanukibayashi.” Takibi depicts a scene we rarely see anymore. Tanukibayashi is a lively, fun tune that everyone instantly loved! They’re already humming “Shō, shō, shōjōji♪” (laughs).

Park！

We also enjoyed outdoor play. This week we visited “Lavender Park” for the first time. Everyone was thrilled by the new playground equipment! A long line formed for the excavator-shaped play structure!

Christmas Tree！

We decorated a Christmas tree in the entrance. Together with our WF friends, we hung ornaments and ribbons on the tree and placed a star on top! The festive mood is building, and we’re singing Christmas songs in class!
