This week has been an exciting and productive one for the Savanna class!

今週のサバナクラスは、とても楽しくて充実した一週間でした！

Two highlights made it extra special—one of them being the Halloween Party! 🎃
Students from both the Minami and Shimauchi campuses gathered to celebrate together. Everyone—students, parents, and teachers—had a wonderful time exploring the different activities prepared by the teachers.

水曜日は、みんなが待ちに待った ハロウィンパーティー🎃！
南松本キャンパスと島内キャンパスの生徒たちが一緒に集まり、盛大にお祝いをしました。短い時間でしたが、各ゲームやアクティビティは楽しんでいただけましたか？素敵な仮装で参加いただき、本当にありがとうございました！

Aside from the games, the most thrilling moment was the Battle of the Best Costume! All participants came dressed in their most creative outfits—some handmade, others customized—and four winners were chosen! The grand title went to one of the parents from the Rainforest class, and we couldn’t be prouder! Everyone’s effort and enthusiasm made the day even more enjoyable and truly memorable for the children.

ゲームも盛り上がりましたが、一番のハイライトはなんといっても ベストコスチューム賞の発表！
それぞれの参加者が手作りやオリジナルの衣装で登場し、見ごたえたっぷりでした！4名の受賞者が選ばれ、グランプリはレインフォレストクラスの保護者の方に贈られました👏
みなさんのアイデアと努力が会場をさらに盛り上げてくれ、子どもたちにとっても忘れられない素敵な思い出になりました。

We are also continuing our inquiry into Living and Non-Living Things. Our young inquirers have become familiar with their characteristics, and to deepen their understanding, our friends from the Shooting Star class at Minami Campus joined us for a special playdate. Together, we visited Gojo to explore and identify living things in nature—with the help of our kind and knowledgeable seniors from the Grade 3 class!

また、今週も「Living and Non-Living Things/生きているものとそうでないもの」の探究を続けています。子どもたちは特徴の違いをしっかり理解できるようになってきました。
今回は、南松本キャンパス、シューティングスタークラスのお友だちと一緒にプレイデートを行い、五常キャンパスまで出かけて「生きているもの」を探しました🌳
3年生のお兄さん・お姉さんにもお手伝いしてもらいながら、自然の中でたくさんの発見をすることができました！また、そこで見つけたお気に入りの生き物を、紙粘土で製作し楽しみました☺

It’s going to be a long weekend—let’s make the most of it! Keep observing and talking about living and non-living things wherever you go.
