The inquiry on Growth led the feet of our little inquirers to the neighboring elementary school to satisfy their curiosity.
The Grade 3 class at Tsukama Elementary School warmly welcomed the Rainforest class and gave them a tour of the school. They showcased what elementary school life looks like and explained their daily activities. Everyone had a wonderful time together, conducting interviews with each other and sharing helpful tips that the Rainforest students can use in the future.
This week was particularly special for our senior class as they had the opportunity to share their knowledge, skills, and enjoyment with their younger siblings in Canyon Class. The collaboration between the classes proved to be a lot of fun. The Rainforest students encouraged the Canyon students to explore various workstations, allowing them to learn while having a good time. Activities included practicing writing letters and numbers, drawing shapes, making crafts, reading, and more. Although the plan was made on short notice, it turned out to be very successful!
We are all excited to complete the Learner Profile Book that we have been working on and share it with everyone. This book will help our students achieve their future goals; it will serve as a valuable reminder for them in elementary school, containing tips that will guide them toward success!
Have a wonderful weekend!
