Waterfall is learning that People and Animals Help Each Other in Many Ways! Last week we talked about cows that give us milk. This week we asked students if cows make milk for people? They thought about it and decided  that the milk is for baby cows – so cows and many other animals have families.  Some families all look the same and some look different. Students looked at small baby animals and big mommy or daddy animals, like kangaroos, frogs, dogs, and butterflies. Some matches were easy to make and others were difficult. 

Sports Day is nearly here and students are almost ready to show off their dance. Students have been working hard and practicing their moves for the big day! In the meantime they made some of the costumes! Take a sneak peek at the cute creations for Waterfall!

We are happy to see that so many students are being observant and noticing all the wildlife, plants and animals in their community.  Thank you for being risk-takers and sharing the interesting creatures or greenery that you have found around town for Show and Tell! 

Finally, Waterfall student work hard to keep up with their schedules and responsibilities. They showed how caring they have become and were happy to help parents get snacks! Thank you parents for joining us for a snack, a dance and a Goodbye Song, or two!
