WHAT’S IN YOUR HEART?- Canyon Nov. 25th-29th

Asking children questions about their feelings and emotions can help them build supportive relationships and develop their social skills. It can also help them learn to cope with intense emotions and improve their academic performance.

As we continue our discussion in our LOI 2 about “how to express ourselves through performing,” our little ones had their ongoing assessment, where they colored a heart based on how they feel. Each color has its own meaning. To begin their activity, the teacher asked them where their heart is. Then, they were asked to touch it to know what’s in their heart and how they feel. Seeing their final output was very interesting! We didn’t expect the results of their activity. Well done, everyone!

Our biggest event is nearly here! As part of the preparation, our youngsters are helping their teachers finish the props they will use in the play. They love helping their teachers and getting involved in creating something. Thank you for your help, Canyon!

This week’s gym class was held on the second floor of the campus. Since it is not a large gym, we warmed up by walking like ninjas and stretching to avoid making footsteps. Everyone got better at forward rolls on the mats, and were able to do it by themselves without the help of the teacher. Good job, Canyon!

Have a wonderful weekend, everyone!
