| Items to Bring | ・Indoor Shoes ・Packed Lunch ・Chopsticks, Spoon, and Fork ・Toothbrush and Cup ・Hand Towel with a Loop Handle ・Full Set of Spare Clothes ・Water bottle (Water or Tea) ・Hat with a Brim ・Water Play Set (Swimsuit, Towel, Rash Guard, Swim Cap) ・Comfortable Clothes ・Nap Mat and Pajamas (Only 2-, 3-, and 4-year-old class) ・Diapers / Bag for Dirty Diapers (Only students who wear diapers) Please make sure all items are labeled with your child’s name. |
| School Lunch | ISN provides school lunches at a rate of JPY600 per meal. Advance orders are required for this service. School lunches are not available for students with allergies. If you child suffers from allergies, please bring a packed lunch. |

| Evening Class | Activities from 4:00PM onwards are conducted in Japanese. Please pick up your child by 7:00 PM. Participation Fee: JPY2,000 per day Refunds cannot be issued for cancellations after payment has been made. |
| Participation Fee | JPY8,000 per day (JPY7,600 per day if attending for 6 or more days), including insurance, learning materials, and craft materials. Additional fees for admission or activity costs may apply during extracurricular learning activities. These may be collected in cash on the day of the activity. Refunds cannot be issued after payment has been made. It is not possible to carry over missed sessions to future participation. If two or more siblings participate in the summer program (and one sibling is an ISN student), a discount of 15% is available for the second child’s participation fee, while a discount of 20% is available for the third child’s participation fee. |
Steps from Application to Participation
- Please fill out the application form.
- After reviewing your application details, we will contact you regarding the payment.
- Your registration will be complete once the payment has been confirmed. A detailed schedule is expected to be sent to you by mid-June.
