紅葉が進み秋の深まりを実感できる時期ですね。

さて今週は11月の誕生日会から始まりました。RainbowクラスではYちゃん・Eちゃん・S君と３名のお友達が誕生日を迎えます。誕生日会では自分の名前を大きな声で発表したり年齢を指も添えて答えていました。先生のマジックのような出し物には皆惹き込まれていました。

The leaves are turning red and it’s the time of year when we can really feel autumn deepening.

This week started with a November Birthday party. Three friends in Rainbow class are celebrating their birthdays. At the birthday party. the children announced their names out loud and answered their age using their fingers as well. everyone was captivated by the teacher magic-like performance.

水曜日はジムレッスン、いつものかけっこやタマゴダンスからはじまり、マット運動にも挑戦しました。ほとんどの子が抵抗なくマットのトンネルを通りマットの上を転がりました。全身の動かし方や使い方を学びたいと思います。

Wednesday gym lesson. We started with our usual foot races and Tamago-chan dance and even tried some mat exercises. Most of the children went through the tunnel and rolled on the mat without any resistance. We want to learn how to move and use our whole body.

来月のクリスマスショーに向けて練習が始まっています。先生が手本のダンスを見せると…ノリノリで体を揺らす子やじーっと見て覚えようとしている子、先生と手を繋ぎニコニコ顔の子がいました。まずは自分がサンタ役かツリー役か、パートナーを覚えましょう♪　「お家の人に素敵な姿を見せようね」と約束をすると意気込む子ども達でした。

Practice has begun for next month’s Christmas show. When the teacher demonstrated a dance example, some children swayed their bodies with enthusiasm, some watched intently trying to memorize, and some held hands with the teacher and smiled. First, they had to remember whether they were playing Santa or Christmas Tree, and who their partner was. The children were enthusiastic after promising to “show their families a wonderful performance.

帰りのサークルタイムでは今月のテーマ「body pars」を楽しく積極的に発言する姿がよく見受けられます。その他にも自分の身支度を自分で行う子が多く感心します。

We actively and enjoyably participate in the afternoon circle, discussing the topics of the month ‘Body Parts”. We are impressed that many children prepare themselves get ready on their own.

来週はクリスマス製作、ジムレッスン、避難訓練、ミュージックレッスン、クリスマスショーの練習と盛りだくさんです。
