Hello everyone!

It’s been a jam-packed week full of fun! We continued learning about feelings and enjoyed dancing and playing outside in the nice weather.

こんにちは、みなさん！ 楽しいことがいっぱい詰まった一週間でした！ 私たちは感情について学び、良い天気の中、外で踊ったり遊んだりして楽しみました。

Feelings bus

We practiced expressing our feelings and recognizing how other people feel. Before playing our bus game, we read a book about different feelings. The game we played was called “The Feeling Bus.” We set up chairs in a row and pretended it was a bus, with the children lining up to board. Each student received a special bus ticket with a unique emotion written on it. Upon boarding the bus, the student had to express the emotion on their ticket, and all the other passengers had to identify and mirror that emotion. This game was such a hit that we played it twice!

Playing outside

With summer upon us, it’s important to make the most of every opportunity to enjoy the outdoors before the weather gets too hot. We had a lot of fun playing with our Rainbow and Shooting Star friends. “Watermelon meow meow” is one of the most popular songs in Aurora. Everyone was full of energy while dancing to the song. Whenever we play it at school, everyone goes crazy dancing. You should try playing it at home and see the reaction!

夏が近づいてきたので、暑くなりすぎる前にアウトドアを楽しむあらゆる機会を最大限に活用することが重要です。 レインボーとシューティングスターの友達と一緒に遊んだことが、とても楽しかったです。 「スイカニャーニャー」はオーロラの中でも最も人気のある曲の一つです。 みんな元気いっぱいに曲に合わせて踊りました。 学校でこれを流すと、みんな夢中で踊ります。 ぜひご自宅でも反応を見てみてください！
