Hello Everyone!
It has been a busy week from active play (indoor and outdoor), dance class, to music class and crafts. The kids have Busy Hands, Active Minds and they have Happy Hearts at school.
They are learning different skills whether they like doing it or not but what is important is they are trying. The kids are practicing more what they’ve already learn and at the same time gaining new knowledge and experience that helps make them to be a well rounded person.

今週は、アクティブな遊び（屋内および屋外）、ダンスのクラス、音楽のクラス、工芸品まで、忙しい一週間でした。 子どもたちの手は忙しく、頭は活発で、学校では幸せな心を持っています。 彼らは、好むと好まざるにかかわらず、さまざまなスキルを学んでいますが、重要なのは、彼らが努力しているということです。 子どもたちは、すでに学んだことをさらに実践すると同時に、豊かな人間になるのに役立つ新しい知識と経験を獲得しています。
Dance
The aurora kids had already remembered the dance steps by heart that we get to dance to the song even at school, we get to do it not only during dance class. Whenever it’s rainy outside and or when the kids get sleepy, I try to wake them up and get them to move and this is our go to dance / exercise number. I’m happy whenever the kids ask me to play the music and when they stand in line and dance without me teaching or asking them to do so.
オーロラの子供たちはすでにダンスのステップを暗記しており、ダンスの授業中だけでなく、学校でもこの曲に合わせて踊ることができます。 外で雨が降っているとき、または子供たちが眠くなったときはいつも、私は子供たちを起こして体を動かそうとします。これが私たちのダンス/エクササイズのプログラムです。 子どもたちが私に「音楽をかけて」と頼んだとき、私が教えたり頼んだりしなくても、子どもたちが列に並んで踊っているときはいつも幸せです。
Music Class
Even during music class, kids know what to do and by now they are very familiar with the routine that they enjoy the class and feel comfortable during the lesson. They even ask the music teacher what they like so we can do it again and again, it’s because they are having a lot of fun which is the goal.
音楽の授業中であっても、子供たちは何をすべきかを知っており、今ではクラスを楽しみ、レッスン中に快適に感じるルーチンに非常に慣れています。 音楽の先生に何が好きなのか聞いてくれるので、何度も繰り返しできます。それは彼らがとても楽しんでいるからであり、それが目標です。
Outside Play
The Aurora Kids always like to play outside with friends and be free no matter if it’s cold. The kids especially likes the snow and their imaginations run wild every time.
オーロラキッズは、寒くても、友達と外で自由に遊ぶのが大好きです。 子どもたちは特に雪が好きで、毎回想像力が膨らみます。
Craft
Lately we combine various techniques whenever we make our crafts. From pasting using the glue and or tape, drawing using the pencil and or crayons, they also use water based paint, and cutting, using scissors or by hand. We encourage them not to worry about making a mess or their hand getting sticky or dirty. These busy hands does a good job at cleaning up too.
最近は様々な技法を組み合わせて制作しています。 のりやテープを使って貼ったり、鉛筆やクレヨンを使って描いたり、水性絵の具を使ったり、ハサミや手で切ってみたり。 散らかったり、手がべたべたしたり汚れたりすることを心配しないでください。 忙しい手でも掃除はうまくいきます。
In celebration of Hinamatsuri the kids watched a short story about this Japanese traditional festival and for their activity they made their prince and princess dolls.
ひな祭りを祝うために、子供たちはこの日本の伝統的な祭りについての短い物語を鑑賞し、アクティビティとして男雛と女雛の人形を作りました。
