Hello everyone, first of all, we would like to say a huge Thank You to all the parents for your support who joined us for our Open Day dance lesson! The children were absolutely thrilled to have you there, and your presence made the experience even more meaningful.The little ones were so excited to show their moves, follow the rhythm, and dance with big smiles on their faces.
皆様、こんにちは。まず初めに、オープンデーのダンスレッスンにご参加いただき、応援してくださった保護者の皆様に心より感謝申し上げます。お子さんたちは皆様のご来場を大変喜んでおり、皆様の存在が体験をより一層意味の深いものにしてくれました。お子さんたちは皆、自分の動きを披露したり、リズムに合わせて踊ったり、笑顔で踊ったりすることにとても興奮していましたね。
We’ve been continuing our UOI, in our Unit of Inquiry, the children have been exploring the idea that animals and people are connected and help each other. This big idea has sparked so much curiosity and joy in our classroom!
We began by asking the children how animals and people might work together. Their answers were wonderful—“Cows give us milk!” “Dogs help us feel happy!” “Bees make honey!” From there, we explored how people take care of these animals in return.
🐄 Cows share their milk, and people give them food, water, and clean barns.
🐓 Chickens provide eggs, while people keep them safe and warm.
🐑 Sheep give us wool, and people shear them gently and care for their fields.
🐝 Bees help plants grow and make honey, while people plant flowers and protect their hives, and more!
私たちはまず、みんなに「動物と人はどう協力し合えるか」と尋ねました。彼らの答えは素晴らしかった——「牛は牛乳をくれる！」「犬は私たちを幸せにしてくれる！」「蜂は蜂蜜を作る！」そこから、人々がこれらの動物にどう恩返ししているのかを探りました。
🐄 牛は牛乳を分けてくれ、人は餌や水を与え、牛舎を清潔に保つ。
🐓 鶏は卵を提供し、人は安全で温かい場所を守る。
🐑 羊は羊毛をくれ、人は優しく毛を刈り、牧草地を管理する。
🐝 蜂は植物の成長を助け蜂蜜を作り、人は花を植え巣箱を守る。などなど！
The excitement is building as we prepare for our very first big event of the school year—the Sports Festival! The children have been busy practicing their dances, learning the activities, and working together to make everything just right.
今年度最初の大きな行事であるスポーツフェスティバルに向けて準備が進み、盛り上がりが高まっています！オーロラさんたちはダンスの練習に励み、各種競技を学び、すべてをうまく進めるために協力し合っています。
