Nagano Aurora: Ruff-ruff rescue! Our little athletes saved the day with teamwork and energy!(September 16th-19th)

Hello everyone!

What a busy and exciting week it has been for Aurora as we geared up for the much-anticipated Sports Festival! The days were filled with energy and enthusiasm as students participated in various practices and preparations. These activities kept both our minds and bodies fully engaged, helping us build not only our skills but also our team spirit.

In addition to the fun and games, we made sure to prepare our bodies for all the active events. From warm-ups to practice sessions, the students showed great dedication and eagerness to give their best. It was truly another memorable and fantastic week for us all.

We would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to our dear parents and guardians, whose unwavering support makes all of ISN’s activities possible. We are incredibly grateful for the opportunity to share these special moments with them—it brings so much joy to experience these events together as one big community.

待望のスポーツフェスティバルに向けて準備を進めたオーロラさんたちにとって、この一週間は実に忙しくも刺激的な日々でした！様々な練習や準備に生徒たちが参加する中、日々はエネルギーと熱意に満ち溢れていました。これらの活動は私たちの心と体をフルに活用させ、技術だけでなくチームスピリットも育む助けとなりました。

楽しい競技に加え、活発なイベントに備えて身体の準備も万全にしました。ウォームアップから練習セッションまで、生徒たちは最高のパフォーマンスを発揮しようと、献身的な姿勢と熱意を見せてくれました。私たち全員にとって、本当にまた一つ、忘れられない素晴らしい一週間としました。

ISNの全ての活動を可能にしてくださる、親愛なる保護者の皆様に心より感謝申し上げます。このような特別な瞬間を皆様と共有できる機会に、私たちは深く感謝しています。一つの大きなコミュニティとして、これらのイベントを共に体験できることは、何よりも大きな喜びです。

Another highlight of the week was our swimming lesson! The excitement was contagious as students splashed into the pool with huge smiles on their faces. Many proudly pushed themselves to swim with their whole bodies underwater—some even holding their breath longer than ever before. Their proud, smiley faces said it all!

今週のもう一つの見どころはスイミングレッスンでした！オーロラさんたちが大きな笑顔でプールに飛び込む様子は、その興奮が伝染するかのように盛り上がりました。何人かは全身を水中に沈めて泳ぐことに挑戦し、中には今までで一番長く息を止めたお友達もいました。誇らしげな笑顔がすべてを物語っていました！
