This week was full of exciting and memorable moments in our classroom! During morning circle time, we had a very surprising visitor, a monster! 😱👹 But don’t worry, our brave little friends were ready. Together, we stood strong, used our super courage, and chased the monster right out of the classroom!
The best part? No tears at all, only big smiles, laughter, and lots of proud faces. Our little fighters showed just how brave and confident they are, and we couldn’t be prouder of them!
今週は教室でワクワクする思い出深い瞬間が盛りだくさんでした！朝のサークルタイムに、なんと鬼が突然現れたんです！😱👹 でも心配ご無用、勇敢な小さなお友達たちは準備万端。みんなで力を合わせて、スーパーな勇気を振り絞り、モンスターを教室から追い出しました！
最高の瞬間は？涙ひとつなく、大きな笑顔と笑い声、そして誇らしげな表情ばかりでした。小さな戦士たちは、どれほど勇敢で自信に満ちているかを示してくれました。私たちはこれ以上ないほど誇りに思っています！
We also had an amazing time playing at the park this week with our Shooting Stars friends! The highlight? Definitely the mud! Splish, splash, squelch! Our little explorers had the best time digging, jumping, and getting wonderfully messy. 😄 And yes… apologies for the shoes, boots, and pants; they came back with a stylish new “mud makeover.” 🙏🏻 But it was all part of the fun, the laughter, and the joy of learning through play!
今週はシューティングスターの仲間たちと公園で遊び、本当に素晴らしい時間を過ごしました！一番のハイライト？間違いなく泥遊びです！バシャッ、スプラッシュ、グチャッ！小さな探検家たちは、掘ったり跳ねたり、思いっきり泥まみれになって最高の時間を過ごしました。😄 ええ、靴やブーツ、ズボンが…お詫びしますね。みんなおしゃれな「泥だらけの変身」を遂げて帰ってきました🙏🏻 でもこれも遊びを通して学ぶ楽しさ、笑い、喜びの一部なんです！
Our dance lesson this week was extra special because we shared it with our Shooting Stars friends! Watching them dance so gracefully was truly inspiring; it made us want to try even harder and give our best moves on the floor. We laughed, we learned, and we followed the steps with big smiles, turning our dance time into a joyful and memorable experience! 💃🕺
今週のダンスレッスンは、シューティングスターのみんなと一緒に過ごせたので、いつも以上に特別な時間でした！彼らが優雅に踊る姿は本当に感動的で、私たちももっと頑張ろう、最高の動きを見せようという気持ちにさせてくれました。笑い、学び、笑顔でステップを踏みながら、ダンスの時間を楽しく思い出深い体験に変えたのです！💃🕺
For our Unit of Inquiry, we had a super fun “I Spy and Count” group activity! Working in teams, we carefully looked for different pictures, counted what we found, and shared ideas with our friends. It was wonderful to see everyone cooperating, taking turns, and helping one another.
We also practiced sorting safety road pictures, learning more about how rules help keep us safe when we travel. 🚦🚸 Through teamwork, thinking, and lots of smiles, we turned learning into a fun and meaningful experience! The highlight of our Unit of Inquiry activities was the Red Light, Green Light game! 🚦 It was our very first time playing this game, and wow! What an exciting experience! We listened carefully, moved quickly, and practiced stopping and going at the right time, all while having so much fun.
Our classroom were full of laughter, energy, and big smiles, and by the end of the game, everyone was already asking to play it again. We’re definitely looking forward to more rounds of this super fun and exciting game!
探究活動では、とっても楽しい「見つけて数えよう」グループ活動を行いました！チームに分かれて、様々な絵を注意深く探し、見つけたものを数え、友達とアイデアを共有しました。皆が協力し合い、順番を守り、助け合う姿は素晴らしいものでした。
また、安全な道路の絵を分類する練習もしました。移動時にルールがあると安全を守るのに役立つことをさらに学びました。🚦🚸 チームワークと思考、そしてたくさんの笑顔を通じて、学びを楽しく有意義な体験に変えました！探究活動のハイライトは「赤信号・青信号」ゲーム！🚦 初めての体験でしたが、なんてワクワクするゲームでしょう！注意深く耳を傾け、素早く動き、適切なタイミングで止まったり進んだりする練習をしながら、大いに楽しみました。
教室は笑い声と活気、そして大きな笑顔でいっぱいになりました。ゲームが終わる頃には、もうみんな「またやりたい！」とリクエストしてくれました。この超楽しくてワクワクするゲームを、これからも何度もプレイするのが本当に楽しみです！
Next week, we will begin practicing writing numbers and working on forming letters in our names and the alphabet. We will focus on writing from left to right and from top to bottom, which helps build good writing habits early on. ✏️📖
Some students are still getting used to this and may sometimes start in the opposite direction, which is perfectly normal at this stage. Your support and practice at home will be a big help and very much appreciated. Thank you for working together with us to support the children’s learning!
