Hello, everyone!

We have been busy preparing for their very first PYP Exhibition (PYPx) — and we are doing it the best way we know how: through teamwork! 💪✨

For two weeks, we’ve been diving into all kinds of fun, creative, and collaborative activities to help us build the skills we’ll need for a successful PYPx experience at the Nakano campus. Here’s a peek at some of the exciting things happening in our classroom:

皆さん、こんにちは！

初めてのPYPエキシビション（PYPx）に向けて、準備に追われています。そして、私たちが知っている最善の方法、つまりチームワークを通して、準備を進めています！💪✨

中野キャンパスでのPYPxを成功させるために必要なスキルを身につけるため、2週間にわたり、楽しく、創造的で、協力的な様々なアクティビティに取り組んできました。教室で行われている楽しい活動の一部をご紹介します。

🎨 Art with Heart: Dot Art with Our Fingertips

One of our favorite teamwork activities was a dot art project using just our fingertips! Each of us added our own colorful dots, creating a beautiful group artwork that celebrates individuality and unity. It was a joyful, hands-on way to show that when we all contribute, something amazing comes together.

私たちのお気に入りのチームワークアクティビティの一つは、指先だけで作るドットアートでした！ それぞれが思い思いのカラフルなドットを描き、個性と団結を称える美しいグループアートを作りました。みんなで力を合わせれば素晴らしいものが生まれるということを、楽しく実践的に学ぶことができました。

We also collaborated to design and color our event signage. We discussed who and which letter we would color, took turns using markers, and shared the space to work together. We can’t wait for our PYPx next week!

イベントの看板のデザインと色付けも協力して行いました。誰がどの文字を塗るかを話し合い、マーカーを交代で使い、スペースを共有して一緒に作業しました。来週のPYPxが待ちきれません！

💬 What We’re Learning

Through all these activities, our young learners are discovering that teamwork means:

• Sharing ideas and space
• Encouraging each other
• Taking turns and being kind
• Working toward a shared goal

These lessons are just as important as the topics we’ll explore for our PYPx — because the way we work together is what truly makes our learning meaningful.

Thank you for supporting our journey! We’re so proud of the growth we’re seeing every day, and we can’t wait to show you all the wonderful things we’ll accomplish — as a team.

On Friday, we were visited by two teachers who came from the ISN Shimauchi campus. We talked, played, and learned at the same time. It was nice to meet you, teachers, and see you next time!

これらのレッスンは、PYPxで学ぶトピックと同じくらい重要です。なぜなら、私たちがどのように協力し合うかが、学習を真に意味のあるものにするからです。 私たちの歩みを支えてくださり、ありがとうございます！

日々の成長を大変誇りに思っており、チームとして成し遂げる素晴らしい成果を皆さんにお見せするのが待ちきれません。

金曜日には、ISN島内キャンパスからお二人の先生方が来てくださいました。私たちは、お話をしたり、遊んだり、そして同時に学んだりしました。先生方、お会いできて嬉しかったです。また次回お会いしましょう！

This week, we had a heartfelt farewell party for our two dear friends who are going back to Singapore. We played games, shared snacks, and made special cards to show how much we’ll miss them. It was a day full of hugs, happy memories, and a few tears too — because we really wish they wouldn’t go. Even though we’re sad to say goodbye, we’re excited for their next adventure and know they’ll carry our love and friendship with them wherever they go. 💖✈️

今週、シンガポールに帰る大切な二人の友達のために、心のこもった送別会を開きました。ゲームをしたり、お菓子をシェアしたり、特別なカードを作って、どれだけ寂しいかを伝えました。ハグと楽しい思い出、そして涙でいっぱいの一日でした。だって、二人がシンガポールに帰らないでほしいと心から願っていたからです。お別れは悲しいけれど、二人の次の冒険が待ち遠しいです。どこへ行っても、私たちの愛と友情をずっと背負ってくれると信じています。💖✈️
