Happy Valentine’s Day, everyone!

It was a day full of love in our class. We made a craft for our loved ones while developing our motor skills by cutting cardboard into a heart shape and wrapping it with colorful yarn. We enjoyed this activity because we got to give it to someone we love.

みなさん、ハッピーバレンタインデー！ 私たちのクラスは愛にあふれた一日でした。段ボールをハート型に切り、カラフルな毛糸で包むことで、運動能力を養いながら、愛する人のために工芸品を作りました。愛する人に贈ることができて、このアクティビティは楽しかったです。

UOI

We started the last unit in UOI which is about technology over time. We had an I Wonder question, “What is technology?”, so we inquired by working with our team to match the old and new technology, then presented our output to the class. With these, we could find out what technology is and what it does for us. Aside from this, we also inquired by watching a YouTube video about what technology is and we wrote and drew our bubble map individually defining technology based on the videos and things we talked about. It was easy to understand what it meant because of the ways we did to inquire. Moreover, we assessed ourselves where we were in this unit. In the beginning, we thought we were in the Uni structural or multi-structural, but at the end of our inquiry that day, we assessed that most of us were already in relational because we know a lot of technology and how we can relate its uses in our daily lives.

私たちは、時系列のテクノロジーに関する UOI の最後のユニットを始めました。私たちは「テクノロジーとは何ですか?」という疑問を持っていたので、チームで協力して古いテクノロジーと新しいテクノロジーを一致させて調べ、その成果をクラスに発表しました。これらにより、テクノロジーとは何か、それが私たちに何をもたらすのかを知ることができました。これとは別に、YouTube のビデオを見てテクノロジーとは何かを調べ、ビデオや話したことに基づいてテクノロジーを個別に定義するバブル マップを書き、描きました。調査方法のおかげで、それが何を意味するのか理解するのは簡単でした。さらに、私たちはこのユニットのどこにいるのかを自分自身で評価しました。最初は、Uni 構造またはマルチ構造にいると思っていましたが、その日の調査の最後には、テクノロジーについて多くを知っており、日常生活でその使用法をどのように関連付けることができるかを知っているため、ほとんどの人がすでに関係性の中にいると評価しました。

We ended the week with a fun outside play. We played with snow or ice then others played soccer.

楽しい屋外遊びで一週間を終えました。雪や氷で遊んだり、他の子たちはサッカーをしました。
