Hello Everyone! 

What a joyful and busy week we had in preschool! Our days were filled with movement, music, imagination, and outdoor fun. Here’s a peek at what we’ve been up to.

📚Classroom

Inside the classroom kids have been practicing counting and the alphabets by imaging themselves to be the teachers. Through role playing kids are able to pretend to be the teachers and they teach with fun. Everyone had fun imagining and pretending. They especially like using the retractable finger pointer stick.

🏃‍♀️ Gym Class Fun

In gym class, everyone practiced balancing, jumping, and running through obstacle courses. We worked on coordination skills by leaping like frogs, walking like bears, running fast to and fro and rolling on the ground. The children are building strength, confidence, and teamwork skills while having so much fun staying active!

🎵 Music Class Magic

Music class was full of rhythm and excitement! We listened and tried to guess the sound that was played that the different objects made – ex. Telephone, doorbell, microwave oven and more, we played with the bells we shook it fast, slow, up or down and practiced keeping the beat. The children loved exploring fast and slow tempos and using their bodies to move to the music. Music helps develop coordination, listening skills, and confidence — and it always brings lots of smiles!

🌳 Outdoor Adventures

We enjoyed plenty of fresh air during outside play. Whether we were climbing, running, playing group games, or exploring nature, the children practiced sharing, taking turns, and cooperating with friends. Outdoor play supports physical development and encourages creativity and problem-solving.

We are so proud of how much the children are growing — socially, physically, and emotionally — each and every week. Thank you for being our partners in learning!
