It has been a very special week for our precious Rainbow class. This was our first trip to the pool!
Everyone had so much fun! We did many fun activities in the water.

この一週間は、とてもスペシャルな週となりました。

長野キャンパス、レインボークラス初めてのスイミングレッスンがありました！

どのお友達も、ニコニコ笑顔で参加していましたよ♪

〝お水に親しむ〟を目標に、楽しいゲームやアクティビティを中心としたレッスンをしていただきました。

次回のレッスンが待ち遠しいですね・・！

This month’s main song is “Stroll” from the movie “My Neighbor Totoro”.
Everyone loves singing and dancing along to the music!

さて、ISNの“今月のお歌”は、日本人であれば誰もが一度は耳にしたことのあるスタジオジブリの名作、となりのトトロのテーマソング「さんぽ」の英語バージョン「Stroll」です。

Everyone had fun during gym class.
This week we practiced walking sideways and backwards.
Good job everyone!

今週のGym class(体操の時間)の様子です。

先生が持ってきてくれたマットの白い線の上を、横歩き＆後ろ歩きに挑戦しました。

どのお友達も、苦戦しながらも最後まで頑張っていました！

During this week’s music class we walked in rhythm to the music and guessed the name of different fruits and vegetables.

今週のMusic class(リトミック)では、先生のピアノの音に合わせてクラスルームの中を歩き回ったり、先生の持っているカードを見て何が見えたか当てるゲームをしました。

とても楽しそうですね♪

We also had fun playing outside in the nice weather.
Everyone is able to sit down nicely and wait until everyone has finished putting on their outside shoes.

園庭でも遊びました。

お外に出る前は自分の靴が履けたら、全員の準備が整うまで静かに座って待つことができるようになってきました。Good job everyone!

We continued to learn about animals.
This week we played a matching game with some animal cards.
They had to match one half of the animal with another half, and say it’s name.
It was a lot of fun!

動物について、楽しみながら引き続き学んでいます。

今週は、動物のカードを使いマッチングゲームをしました。お友達のカードがピッタリ合ったら、全員で「イエーイ！！」と拍手をして褒め合い、大盛り上がりでしたよ。

This was also our first bus trip with the class!
We took our school bus to the Nagano sports park.
Everyone was smiling and laughing during the trip.

When we came back to the school, the kids enjoyed a very special lunch prepared by the parents.

Thank you parents for preparing delicious lunch for your kids!

そして、今週のメインイベント・・Bus Trip！

当日は晴天に恵まれ、予定通りバス遠足へ行ってくることができました。いつもと違う公園、遊具を目の前にして、最高の笑顔が見られましたよ♪

みんなでISNのバスに乗ったのも、特別感がありとても嬉しかったようです。

遠足を終えてスクールへ戻ってきてから、クラスルームの床にレジャーシートを広げ、ピクニック気分を味わいながらおいしいお弁当をいただきました。お弁当のご用意、ありがとうございました。

「It’s yummy!」の声がたくさん聞こえてきましたよ☺どのお友達も、綺麗に完食していました！
