Nagano Rainbow – Not all classrooms have four walls (May 12th-16th)

Hello Everyone!

This weeks highlight was our fun filled bus trip. It was a great day for a bus trip which was at the nearby big park. The bus ride was so exciting for the little ones, they all agreed that the ISN bus was so cool. When we got to the park everyone enjoyed the the playground which was so spacious and was surrounded by nature. The kids played the day away and we were so thankful for the lovely breezy weather that we had. To top it all off we had an indoor picnic in our classroom, kids were so grateful to their moms for the delicious lunch box. Going outside and exploring what’s beyond our four walls with friends was such an amazing and memorable experience for eveyone.

今週のハイライトは、楽しさいっぱいのバストリップでした。近くの大きな公園で過ごしたバストリップは絶好の日和でした。バスに乗るのは小さな子どもたちにとってとてもエキサイティングで、ISNのバスはとてもクールだとみんな口をそろえて言っていました。公園に着くと、みんな広々とした自然に囲まれた遊び場を楽しみました。子どもたちは一日中遊びまわり、私たちは素敵な風に恵まれた天気にとても感謝しました。最後に、教室でピクニックをしました。子どもたちは、おいしいお弁当を用意してくれたママとパパにとても感謝していました。外に出て、友だちと一緒に壁の向こうにあるものを探検したことは、みんなにとって素晴らしく思い出深い体験となりました。　

Monthly Theme – Farm and Zoo Animals

This months theme is all about Farm and Zoo animals. In class, we started learning about the different kinds of farm animals first. We sang the famous Old Mc Donald had a farm song and made the different sounds that the farm animals make. Kindly check the video of the song at home with the kids.

今月のテーマは農場と動物園の動物たち。クラスでは、まず農場の動物について学びました。有名な「Old Mc Donald had a farm 」の歌を歌い、農場の動物たちが出す様々な鳴き声を聞きました。この歌のビデオをお家で子どもたちと一緒に見てみてください。

Gym Lesson

During Gym lessons kids developed their gross motor skills more by balancing using the colorful stepping stones, running around the playground, rolling on the ground, hopping on hoops and just doing lots of physical activities which are loads of fun.

ジム・レッスンでは、カラフルな飛び石を使ってバランスを取ったり、プレイグラウンドを走り回ったり、地面を転がったり、フープで飛び跳ねたり、とにかく楽しい運動をたくさんすることで、子どもたちは総合的な運動能力を高めていきます。
